Broken to New

Towed in with a 2014 broken Chrysler 300, left 1 hour later with a new Chrysler 300. No hassle, no games, and a very fair price. What more needs to be said.

Excellence....

Fantastic experience...My salesman Viktor was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. Took alot of time showing me different vehicles and suggesting different options. Together with Darin they went above and beyond making sure I could afford a vehicle that I loved. I am very appreciative of everything they did and would highly recommend their services to everyone...I love my 2019 Jeep Cherokee! You guys are the best!

Very satisfied

Dealership is great,everybody is curtious a has a genuenly carrying atmosphere there.J p is an excellent salesman and person,he deserves a pay raise.when we drove away with our new car we both felt like we got treated like we mattered and we're important.there was no hurry up attitudes,everybody was knowledgeable about his or her job.

Easy Car Buying

The whole car buying experience was easy and JP wasn't pushy. I had in mind, what I wanted, and he answered all of the questions I had. I also did not have to wait a long time to do paperwork, etc. I was pretty much in and out. My father-in-law referred me and he also got a check. I appreciate all of the help from JP and Cortland Chrysler. I would recommend them to anyone.

Gone in for two different issues, zero satisfaction.

Went in for a Bluetooth issue on my Chrysler 200. They changed one part at a time, no luck fixing it, they then said they would change the radio, i said ok. two months later no radio (it's backordered). then told can't, it's out of warranty. Oh, and they somehow managed to kill the nav system. When in again when the 200 overheated. they had the car for a day, said they couldn't find anything...$100 dollars please. Took it to the Munro shop next door and they changed the thermostat in 45 minutes. stay away, they are useless

This service department is a joke

Service department is a joke. Took my new truck there 4 times for exhaust issues, their technician put on the wrong sensor. Same check engine light came on the very next day. Contacted them immediately but they wouldn't get me in until a week after. They never have parts in stock so I have to always come back because they also never have any loaners. One Saturday morning while I was in the waiting room there were not enough seats and they didn't even have coffee out. Another time one of their guys gave me my keys and left without telling me where my truck was. Had to wonder around in the parking lot. Very disappointed in the customer care this dealership provides. Would use someone else in an instant if they were closer or if I didn't have 4 years left on my warranty.

Major engine repair

Repaired the engine of my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Van. This was the second major repair they dd for me. Like the first, which was a warranty repair several years ago, it was timely done with no surprises, and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. In addition, they didn’t change the labor estimate even though the technician replaced the intake camshaft in addition to replacing all the rocker arms and valve lifters on the back bank of cylinders.
