My experience has most always been great with the work by the technicians at Burtness.

Very smooth buying process. Absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle. I worked with Jared D. and he was awesome to work with. I feel he went well above and beyond to get me a truck. I will definitely be back when it’s time to look for a new vehicle.

Overall my experience was great. Much quicker than I expected. The only drawback was my loan ended up shorting the Minnesota dmv and I had to go to them myself to pay the rest they were owed and found out that I was required to get new plates. I had been driving illegally from the time I bought the new vehicle because Minnesota does not allow the plates to be transferred. Scott and Mark were both very professional and easy to work with.
