This dealership is outstanding when it comes to customer service. They are personable and they are up front with any cost and it's the only place that I will take our vehicles too. I shouldn't have had to come back twice and be without a vehicle for almost a week with no loaner for a simple battery change which was the obvious problem. Other than that, no comment. However I do want to trade my truck in for a 2026 fully loaded, brand new AT4X (dark red black interior) this summer and will go to Burtness for my trade in if they can get the truck I want and give good offer on my current vehicle.

It would have been nice to have a loaner vehicle with the amount of money I ended up spending! It should have been a priority that I had one. Also, a quick tire pressure check before bringing my vehicle back would have shown all 4 tires were low. Other than that, I have always received good service at Burtness.
