My car has been in for service multiple times recently and the final issue still isn't fixed. The issue happened within 1 mile of leaving the dealership, despite the paperwork saying the issue was fixed.

They can never find the problem and like to send me off with my car saying it's fixed but it isn't. Then when I need service, loaners are not available for days even though at least 10 are sitting in the parking lot.

From start to finish I never felt high pressure from anyone regarding the sale. No one pushed me into the sale. They were all very accommodating to my time line and my schedule. I NEVER felt like a hostage. Scott was helpful and patient with my vehicle requests. Would and have already been recommended Burtness.
