Dale Derrick was my salesman and I would recommend him to...

Dale Derrick was my salesman and I would recommend him to anybody!! He understood my concerns about my poor credit rating and was very reassuring about getting financing. I explained what type of vehicle I was looking for, and he took the time out in the lot (in the lousy weather even!) to show me many different options. I was able to leave with a vehicle that was better than I hoped for. Jason was also part of the team that worked on my purchase. My sons work for Chrysler and I am proud to give Cueter my business. Thanks again SO much!!

After leasing two vehicles previously from this...

After leasing two vehicles previously from this dealership when my lease expired I went to Cueter even though my previous saleman had left that dealership. Was not happy with the pricing they gave me. What happened to "Customer Loyality"? Did buy at other Jeep Dealership that gave me better pricing online with no haggling. Their loss, my gain!

I came in to just look around at used cars, by the time I knew it I was driving home in a brand new car!!!!!!! WOW It was easy, Dale was very conscious of my needs and got me the perfect car. Thanks!!

We have been using Cueter for years now! We have went other places, but they never seem to want to work with us! Our salesperson- Teresa, is AMAZING! She always does all she can to help us out! We will always be sure to use Cueter as our car buying dealer!!

My visit to the dealership was exploratory only however Teresa was informative, knowledgeable and convincing about the vehicle I was interested in. During my test drive I was completely sold. Her knowledge and ability to answer my questions put me at ease. Not only did I cancel other appointments I purchased the car the next day. I got the car I wanted with the financing to match. If I purchase another vehicle. She's my only chose

I have purchased many vehicles in the past, from numerous dealers. I found Cueter by chance while surfing the net. I called an spoke with a Lovely and courteous woman by the name of Miranda. I instantly was impressed with how helpful she was in finding the truck that filled all of my needs for less then I was expecting to pay. In no time at all I was driving away with move than I could have hoped for at any other dealer. I run my own company and saving every penny and every minute. I can, helps keep my employees working. I will never go to another dealer. Thank you Cueter, and a special thanks to Miranda for making My company run that much smoothly

Excellent Sales Team, Nice Cars

Due to my curren situation, I found myself in financial distress. My car was paid for but needed constant repairs, many of which I could not afford. Several dealers had turned me down and I was about to give up. I received a letter in the mail offering a second chance credit decision to which I said "yeah, right". However, I decided to call. I was referred to Rusty Spring, a sales consultant at Cueter Chrysler in Ypsilanti. I explained my situation to him and told him that I didn't want to drive 30 miles only to be told that would need a humongous down payment to qualify for a car, or be turned down, which seemed to be the norm these days. He understood and said he would work with me to try to get me into a nice reliable car. He said he would hold no punches and would be straight up with me. I completed the online application; within 24 hours Randy called & told me he could help me and to come on out. Of course I was skeptical but went out anyway. I didn't clean out my car, in fact, I even filled it up with gas because I expected to return home with it, as usual. To my surprise, Randy delivered. He worked very hard & got me qualified. I now have a beautiful 2010 Chrysler Sebring Limited with that was in excellent condition, many luxury options and very low mileage. I couldn't ask for more. Randy was very caring, understanding, and down to earth. In fact, I found all the sales consultants & the financial team to be that way. They appeared to work as a team without the backbiting & greediness you find at some dealers. They were very patient and took time to answer all my questions. I was ready for a scam but my experience with Cueter turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. I have yet to use their service center but when I do, I expect no less. I have recommended Randy & Cueter Chrysler to several people & will continue to do so. It's a little out of the way, but for service & results, it's worth it.

Well we were looking for a new minivan and thought we would check out chrysler. We liked the town and country and had already talked to a competing local dealerships. The salesman I had was nice, but when I asked for a breakdown of a vehicle with options I wanted printed out so I could see exactly what the costs breakdown all I got was a hot air. I went to negotiate a price. They only wanted to negotiate monthly payments. I walked out and bought a Nissan minivan were the finance guys actually gave me a print out like I asked.

I visited this dealership to explore used and new mini-vans. We fortunately met Dale Derrick when we walked in. He is the ideal car sales person. He listened very carefully to us, he was not agressive at all, although he was able to use his expertise to suggest a great van for us.
