Excellent experience!

I went to Summit Place Kia just to drive and investigate the 2017 Sportage and ended up leasing an EX! Bradley was my salesperson who was very nice, helpful and thorough. If he couldn't answer a specific question, he didn't "wing it" rather he asked whomever he needed to, to give me an accurate answer.He spent a lot of time with me and I never felt rushed or pressured. If you're in the market for a new Kia, I highly suggest you ask for Bradley van Sickle! JAL

Very Enjoyable Experience!

When we visited the Summit Place Kia, my husband and I had not decided whether to buy a Kia or another brand. The salesman who greeted us was Louis Elston. He was so pleasant and never made us feel pressured to buy a Kia. He showed us all the features of the two models that we were considering and patiently answered all our many questions. Even though we really liked the Kia models, we decided to check out another brand before making our final decision. The salesman at the next dealership was not knowledgeable about the suv we inquired about and was generally annoying and hard sell. Also their suv did not favorably compare to the Sportage, but actually cost more. The next day we returned to Kia Summit Place. When we told Louis we had decided on the 2017 Sportage EX, he quickly and efficiently made it happen. This is our first but not our last Kia, and when we return to Kia Summit Place, we will buy or lease from Louis. He is very honest and knowledgeable about all the vehicles he sells. It was a very enjoyable experience and my husband and I will be recommending Louis Elston to any friends or family members looking for a new or used car.

Very helpful bad credit

Our dealer was super helpful. We have bad credit and he got us a new car for cheap. Very friendly, and upfront about everything. Fron the time we came in, to the time leaving, it was a great experience.

Amazing Experience

This is the second car I have gotten from Summit Place Kia and Louis Elston has helped me both times. He is very honest, and does a great job working with you and finding a car to fit your needs and budget. Overall a very great experience. I highly recommend Louis.

If your in a pickle, call Bradley Van Sickle!

What a great experience at Summit Place Kia! Bradley went above and beyond to answer many questions and to be certain I was completely comfortable in my new Soul and with the purchase! So happy I saw the Kia Van Sickle ad while getting gas!

New Car! Friendly Group

I leased my Kia over a year ago from Louis at Summit Place Kia in Waterford and I am still a happy customer! My 2015 Soul has everyone asking where I got it and when they can get theirs. I came into service for my oil change and tire rotation Louis took the time to ask how my family was doing and insisted on covering the cost of my oil change after showing me where I could get new floor mats and how much they would be. Thank you Louis And everyone in service who made my morning easy!

They gave me a chance when no one else would.

I've been to 10 different dealerships, each one submitting my credit to several banks, causing my credit score to decrease. No one could help me even though I had money to put down. I just couldnt continue to catch the City Bus at 3 am anymore, its not safe for a young woman. So I called Summit Place (East) but the sales lady never returned my call to this day. I called Louis at the Waterford location and he told me to come right in. When I walked in I was welcomed with open arms and treated like family. I was able to drive off the lot with a 2016. My very first brand new car with only 12 miles and I put down less than $1800. Im so grateful that they took a chance on me. If you have very bad credit like me visit Louis Elston at Summit Place Waterford.

The Pickle man came to my rescue!

I had a great experience with the dealership but Mr. Van Sickle brought it home by going the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted. He made my experience wonderful and I would definitely recommend him and the dealership. Thank you for everything. I love my Forte!
