Excellent customer service

David Lee was very easy to work with in getting my new KIA Sedona. He was friendly, knowledge, and honest. I would highly recommend the Summit KIA staff from the front desk staff, to the finance guys, to the porters making sure my new car looked amazing! Excellent customer service! Thank you

Seamless, personable buying experience!

Great Honest Service

One of the first dealerships that honor what is said on the radio or tv. Brian Burgess what a 1st class salesman that didn’t try and sell something I didn’t want. If the car holds up like I’ve heard Kia products do, I will be back in a few years for our next car!

Used Car Review

After looking at a used car on-line I submitted a question to Will of Internet Sales. He contacted me promptly and answered all questions. We agreed on a date for me to come up to Summit Place and he put me in touch with Costa of sales. The Used Kia Cadenza I was interested in was parked outside and cleaned up. After I inspected the car "which looked new" other than a slight imperfection in the front left bumper we went inside to negotiate. After requesting the imperfection be removed, which Costa and his manager (John O'Connor) agreed to, we discussed price. I made an offer which was fair in my opinion (under the list price) and was apparently fair to Kia as it was accepted. Costa handled the paperwork and I picked up the car on 12/19. The buying process was smooth with no hitches. Costa and Will both did a phenomenal job as well as John who looked at the imperfection and agreed immediately it should be fixed before selling the car. I have no complaints with the used car buying process at Summit Place and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a used or new car.

"THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER"!!!!!!!!!

First of all, I must say the facility is not only beautiful, but very cozy. The staff greeted us with a smile and kind words, they really made us feel at home. David Lee was our salesman and I must say, he's the BEST salesman ever. David and his teammates Will Leger, Herb Robinson, and Jason Demopolous worked a miracle and was able to get us a new 2019 Kia Soul. When all was lost, the team was able to work things out in the end. David, my mother loves you, she said "David helped us when no one would, he's very respectable to his elders, and makes a nice cup of tea". The Jones/Jackson family are Kia buyers for life. David and his team will always have a spot at our table for dinner.

Impressive

I am truly grateful for Summit Place Kia and it’s staff. I was in need of a vehicle to get back and forth to work and school. I started my search online and the rest is now history. I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Kia Soul.

A very satisfying experience.

I was met with friendly greetings and friendly faces! I most enjoyed working with Brian Burgess and Jason Demopoulos. They worked together for the purchase of my 2019 Kia Soul. Brian worked hard to compete the transaction in as short a time as possible. It's obvious he is a veteran auto salesman with many years of experience. And he's great with people!
