The service center consistently provides excellent service; despite a relatively difficult insurance company, Chad spent extra time working with them to prove my Maxima had a cracked rim, including contacting them, following up, verifying they received images by email, making sure the process went through, and eventually replacing the wheel. I was on vacation during the process and I am grateful that they put in this effort so I could spend time with my family. Thank you
