I've had my car in 4 times for the air-conditioning.

I've had my car in 4 times for the air-conditioning. First 2 times cost me over $4,500, 3rd time didn't cost anything because the leak was on your repaired. This 4th time you people cheated me out of $202.25 for diagnostics because you couldn't find a problem, but I know exactly what you did. You charged the system back up because it is blowing cold air out now unlike when I brought it in so in reality I paid for a charging of the system. But eventually it will run low and I will be back and someone is going to verify it's not working properly before you take it in shop

Unprofessional, poor customer service.

Unprofessional, poor customer service. I reached out to inquire about a truck, I received an email from a manager early that following morning with listings for that vehicle and three others. Later that morning I was contacted via text by someone else there asking about my availability to see it that day or the next. Due to my schedule and their earlier closing time than the Hwy 50 location, which I am closer to I asked about having it transferred there. Apparently they won’t do that with used vehicles. I told told them another dealer chain had done that for me with no issue. They didn’t care about that. Just told me to contact them when I am able to come see it to make sure they still have it. I then made a comment about customers are supposed to come first and got no response. Later that evening I sent an email to the manager who first contacted me and told him about the interaction and asked once again about a possible transfer and never heard back from him……it’s been a couple days since and still nothing.

had a terrible experience today. Scheduled an appointment for 5 pm today to see/buy one of their cars. I logged off work by 4 pm to arrive there on time. Because I work in downtown Milwaukee, which is nearly 35 miles from the dealership, it took 1 hour with traffic. They texted me (not a call) by 4:42 pm while I was driving there. I only saw the message around 5:00 pm (because I was driving and not able check my phone) that I was only 3 minutes away from the dealership. It says the car I was looking for just sold. This is not how you should do business. You cannot send extremely short notice(18min) to your customers like that ( even they didn't call, just texted). It was very disappointing because I drove 1 hour to there for nothing. I went back home for another 1 hour. I almost wasted 2 hours for nothing. I understand you sold the car and made money, but you lost your customer's trust. How am I gonna trust your company If I decide to do business with you next time?

They really made this a smooth experience.

They really made this a smooth experience. Especially when it came to the actual purchase of the vehicle. We dealt with Nick as our sales person and he was great at communicating with us and insuring any needs or concerns were addressed.

I arrived late to pick up my vehicle.

I arrived late to pick up my vehicle. Fortunately one of the Service writers noticed my arrival as he was leaving for the night. He came back to the dealership and secured my vehicle and billing. Great service.

We purchased a used car from Robert and he was extremely

We purchased a used car from Robert and he was extremely respectful and went out of his way to be helpful. We needed to get a car trailer to get the car back to Louisville Kentucky. He was able to find one and reserve it for us. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with everyone. We will always remember the great service and friendly staff. We will remember them if we make any future car purchases.

I’ve been on the lookout for a new or pre-owned Toyota Tacoma, after test driving several Tacomas at different dealerships I stumbled upon a quality preowned ‘22 at Lynch. I walked in and met with Nick Kramer who offered a test drive, answered all of my questions and provided a fair price and pleasant purchasing experience. They had me in and out quickly and for a fair price!
