Dad this car is EPIC!!!!

I picked up a new Grand Jeep Cherokee L last night and I am thrilled w it! My kids are so excited about all the room and they dig the USB ports in the back seats! My 6 year old said it best, “Dad this car is EPIC!” Mike Dougherty is the best! He is extremely responsive, professional and always gets me an exceptional deal! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. This is our third lease together and I’m certain it won’t be our last. Evan helped me w my financing and he was awesome! He spent a lot of time working with me to find a financing package that would work best for me and my family. I am extremely grateful! I’m looking forward to another 3 years of rocking the new grand jeep Cherokee. Cheers guys!

Sales team is Amazing,do not use there service dep

My family has purchased 6 cars there in last 3yrs and currently shopping another. The sales team is wonderful and recommend Brian Waltz. Unfortunately this is first time using there service dept, and can’t say a good word about them. The loaner vehicle they gave me turned out to be a rental I have to pay for. Parts not in for recall work,so have to come back. The u joints in front are said to be bad and covered by warranty, but I have to put new front brakes and hubs on it and bring back for them to do u joints.. They say cus there’s rust under my 7yr old truck. My New York State driven truck.

Looking for a new truck

I came in knowing the vehicle I was interested in. Was given the opportunity to check it out by myself. Negotiated a deal I was comfortable with.

The best experience

While searching through many dealerships to find the most practical and perfect vehicle, the team at Armory were by far the best I've ever encountered. Andrew Watson-brink my sales consultant worked patiently with me to ensure I would find Exactly what I was looking for. He's professional and down to earth, honest and diligent. I've experienced the most comfortable car buying process at Armory and strongly recommend doing business with the the entire team. I will be back for my next vehicle.

Terrible Experience

My wife went for fixing break issues on 7/25/19 for Dodge Grand Caravan 2011. The service personnel charged around 1.2k for rear brake pads, rotors, calipers etc and a break flush. They called on 7/27/19 right when they are closing that they fixed everything. After my wife took the delivery of the car and came home, she found out that some fluids are leaking. I later discovered that power steering fluid reservoir is empty. I refilled the power steering fluid. But the moment I started the car and turned the wheel, all the fluid gushed out. It was pretty obvious that they somehow damaged the line during break flush or forgot to close some valves or something like that; since it was not just a leak, but a stream of fluid whenever I poured fluid onto it. Since the store was already closed and it was weekend, we called following monday (7/29/19). The service specialist Ms Danielle sounded very unsympathetic and vehemently refused that they have done anything wrong. She kept saying they did not touch anything related to that part. She could have asked the mechanic responsible about the repair job. People might make mistake and usually honest people takes responsibility of their mistakes. But she made no attempt of verifying our complain. My wife tried to call the manager, but he simply referred back to her. This tells me they all are insensitive to customer agonies and does not care much about customer service. My wife was unwilling to risk farther damage driving without the fluid. Their solution was to tow the car by our own expense, and they will check. Of course, if the fault is theirs, they will not charge anything. But we doubt they will ever acknowledge their fault. Anyways, long story short, they are only their for making money on your expense. We will take all our future business elsewhere.

Not good used cars!

Please do not buy used vehicles here! They might sell good new cars but not good used cars. On June 14, 2019 we bought a used 2012 Chevy traverse. We saw it on their website and it looked like a clean vehicle and had a nice Carfax. What we didn’t realize was all they did was shined it up a little and flip it to us. I don’t see how they could have done any kind of operational inspections on this vehicle. They granted us no warrantee which should’ve been a red flag to me. However I have not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in 15 years. I trusted their reviews and supposed good reputation of thoroughly inspecting their vehicles before resale. Within the first week we noticed a weird shake sporadically when the car would shift. We had two shops check it out but weren’t sure exactly what it was. We tried cleaning the injectors and intake. When I did that I noticed they never bothered to even check or replace the air filter which was completely filthy. Soon after we were stranded needing a rebuilt transmission on our family vacation to the tune of $2700. We called them to express our concerns of other issues that we found as well. We spoke with Chuck a sales manager who seemed concerned and promised to get us answers and try to help us out. It’s been over two weeks now and he has not called back. In my opinion we paid an extra $4000 for this vehicle only to have them spray armorall on it. We regret this decision and really wished we had just purchased out-right from someone’s front lawn for a lot less money. Don’t be fooled this dealer wants to make the maximum amount of profit with the least amount of work. They have placed this above their reputation and care for their customers. Here we sit and wait and obviously they refuse to do anything. I will not recommend them by any means Not for sale not for service. They pour thousands of dollars boasting in their state of the art showroom, those dollars come from ripping people off. We’ve also had some less major problems but still very annoying. Such as loss of complete audio in the vehicle no sound at all from the radio or blinkers or seatbelt light. Also the antifreeze was low the tires were out of balance and it needed an alignment. Thank you so much armory garage for pencil whipping the paperwork on this one. Not impressed. I’ll be glad to update this review more positively if they decide to pay for the cost of the transmission or offset the purchase of the vehicle due to all of the issues we’ve had in less than a month of owning it.

Outstanding Service

I have a 2009 Jeep Compass that I was told was not worth repairing under my extended warrantee by Goldstein Jeep (where i bought it new). I took it out of there and contacted Armory to see if they would work with me. Yes, they did and agreed with me that my Jeep was worth putting a little money into. They have done an outstanding job and have gone above and beyond to work with me to keep my favorite car on the road. Mike Murphy, my service adviser, has been very helpful. Yes, I've had to leave it a bit longer, but it's been worth it - parts for something this old are not readily available. They have done much of the work under my extended warrantee, saving me thousands of dollars. Armory and their staff has won my respect and I will continue to do business with them. Finally, a car dealer with a service department that cares about the customer, not trying to get them to buy a new or replacement car.

service

Hi, I purchased a 2018 pro master with the maintenance package and business link. I took it to armory Chrysler in Albany ny for my first service.. I was missing 3 lug nuts off of 2 wheels and was getting my first oil change witch was supposed to be free.. I explained to them that the lugs must have just fell out because I have never touch the wheel, they tried to change me 27.00 each when I told them no they told me that I owe them 34.00 for the oil change. I said no I don’t it’s free they said Chrysler only covers 35.00.. so I ask why was I here for 3 hours for a oil change with the business link they said the business link don’t mean anything.... Can someone tell me why I paid for something that don’t mean nothing?

Worst service department

The first time I brought my vehicle in, I got it back with oil/grease all over the door (inside & out), steering wheel, seat, & shifter. They brought me cleaning stuff & after a couple remarks helped me clean it. Yes I had to clean my vehicle. The second time I brought it in they said it would be done by 1pm. When I arrived at 430pm the same service person who I dropped it to at 8am said they had no record of my vehicle being there. Three people went looking for my vehicle. About 10 mins later one of them came back & asked me if anyone found it yet. Another 10 mins later they return & tell me that they just started the work & it should be about 45 more mins. When I asked to see a manager I was told he was busy & would come see me when he was available. The manger never came. Two very bad experiences with this dealership & would never return or recommend them to anyone. Never experienced anything like this with any other dealerships.
