I know it's not typical to buy a Chevy from a Chrysler dealership but they had the truck I was looking for. I had a set monthly price that I did not want... to go over and they worked with me to get me the plan I needed. Im not a fan of making large purchases and never trust sales reps but Michael Dougherty made the transaction painless!
My experience with Chris Campbell was the perfect mix of professionalism with a personal and friendly touch. Chris was willing to spend the time that I... needed to feel comfortable making the big decision to buy a new Jeep. Even when I required time to reflect on the vehicle or the price point that we had negotiated, Chris added the right combination of guidance, time, and understanding. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with my experience at Armory. I would strongly recommend a visit to Armory, as well as Chris Campbell to anyone that I talk to about their search for the perfect vehicle.

The first time I brought my vehicle in, I got it back with oil/grease all over the door (inside & out), steering wheel, seat, & shifter. They brought... me cleaning stuff & after a couple remarks helped me clean it. Yes I had to clean my vehicle. The second time I brought it in they said it would be done by 1pm. When I arrived at 430pm the same service person who I dropped it to at 8am said they had no record of my vehicle being there. Three people went looking for my vehicle. About 10 mins later one of them came back & asked me if anyone found it yet. Another 10 mins later they return & tell me that they just started the work & it should be about 45 more mins. When I asked to see a manager I was told he was busy & would come see me when he was available. The manger never came. Two very bad experiences with this dealership & would never return or recommend them to anyone. Never experienced anything like this with any other dealerships.

I found a vehicle I wanted after researching cars for 1 month. I sent an internet inquiry on July I got a call the next day; I had some questions - they... never called me back. I stopped to test drive the car a week later. I walked around the lot for 20 minutes, nobody around. Somebody finally came out. He told me dealership was closing in 10 minutes and it was too late to test drive it. He gave me his card, told me I could come back if still interested...never even took my name. This is a car that has been on the lot for 3 months. Now I know why.
I took my Fiat 500 to Collision after the driver's side door was hit by a Jeep Liberty as I was parked in a large lot. The manager was very helpful getting... everything settled with the insurance adjuster. It took two weeks for everything to be completed. I wasn't completely pleased with the replacement job, but Collision responded to my concerns and so picked up the car with no concerns.
Armory is always the best. New service person checked me in, and that was a bit slow, but hopefully she will learn on the job. Work was done in under 2... hours and I found a comfortable place to wait away from the TV in the otherwise very comfortable customer lounge. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. Perhaps I've spent too much time there over the years. My single complaint is my disappointment to note that you had changed your practice of providing donuts and hard rolls to waiting customers and have substituted some kind of wrapped pastry. Perhaps I should thank you since the pastry was not the temptation thar a buttered hard roll has been in the past.
So I was told for an oil change (all I needed) no appointment was necessary and I could use the fast lane. I can in at 9 am on a Saturday and there was... no wait. The service manager created invoice for 70.00. When I said I had the free oil change package he re rang it up and then told me that for standard oil changes you didn???t keep that in stock and I would have to wait and hour or two. My simple oil change in your fast lane cost me two hours of my life. Shame on you.
