My wife and I were headed to Andes when our Explorer started leaking transmission fluid It required new parts and quickly. I called your parts department and spoke with Bonnie. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered the parts required and as she promised they were waiting for us in the morning. I brought them to the mechanic and the install was completed by 2:30 in time for us to pick up the car and head to the destination Bonnie - we thank you and the dealership for helping out

Won’t find a better place
After going to 5 different ford dealerships I ended up at the ford dealership in owego and couldn’t believe the difference in how they treated me from the other idiots. Me and my wife just drove by to see what they had and we were greeted by Harold Vargason immediately and never seemed pushy or felt like he was just trying to sell us a car and not listening to us about our concerns and questions about the situation we were in . I’ve bought close to 12 cars in my years and have never been more happy about the whole deal other than this time he seemed to just sincerely want to see us in the car we wanted and did a great job getting us in it so cudos to Royal auto for having professionals and not xxxx xxxxxxx leaches

Don't buy from royal ford they are trash money first customer second they didn't care about the customer just trash people who work. At royal ford. They have no selection cars truck buyer beware.
