Haley was very quick to listen & found exactly what I was

Haley was very quick to listen & found exactly what I was looking for in about 5mi. Record Speed! She was very detailed in all her answers, which led to less questions & time not being wasted. Her contact & thoroughness with the finance manager Michael was impeccable. He too, was very thorough with the documents needed & logical with his responses. Haley went above & beyond customer service. Another quality that she has is honesty. No run arounds, Again, very detailed in her answers. Haley & Michael....you both were awesome!!

Tim & Brian are exceptional, they helped me with an

Tim & Brian are exceptional, they helped me with an issue from when I had to have the windshield replaced somewhere else on my cx 30. When I wanted extra accessories & different tires for the cx5 that we had just bought Brian was very helpful . I know it sounds crazy getting new tires for a brand new vehicle. I needed tires that would work on ice & snow so I can get up our steep driveway. Both Tim & Brian have been amazing , because of them & the service team is one reason I chose to buy another Mazda . All the maintenance will be done at Mazda for both the cx30 & cx5 . Both Tim & Brian deserve a bonus , they go above and beyond . Kudos to the whole service team , I am very particular about my vehicles & who i have do maintenance on them . I trust the technicians at Mazda & that is a big thing for me . Again thank you I appreciated all of the help.
