Too slow to respond
This dealership took over a week to respond to me on an online inquiry, only to tell me the car I was inquiring about sold. During that weeks time, I visited 3 other dealerships who responded to me and purchased a vehicle. They lost out on a possible sale due to their delayed response time.
Towne is a wonderful place to shop for a vehicle and I leased two Jeep’s from them. I am now kind of sad my salesman Greg did not reach out to me and try to keep me as a customer when I told him about a lower price quote from another dealership while shopping for a new Jeep. I waited a week and he never contacted me to see if he could work out some kind of deal with me as a current customer. His only response was he can’t match that other quote without even trying to rework the numbers And I never heard back from him.
avoid the service department
Set up a service appointment early in the week for Saturday at 2pm to have brakes and rotors done. Showed up for appointment and service advisor said I was not on the schedule and they were too busy. I could leave my car with them and they might have it done by Monday. Unfortunately he was not helpful or apologetic at all, and didn’t even attempt to try and set up a new appointment. A complete waste of time. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Easy online Deal.
Inquired about a truck on Friday,very quick communication from Adam at the dealership. Barbie in finance was very helpful.Brought the truck on Wednesday, literally 10 minutes at the dealership. Live 340 miles away Adam had Dave waiting for me at train station,very professional. Just a very good experience, will be doing business with them again.L
Great experience buying a used car
Dave is a no pressure salesperson. Made me feel comfortable with my decision,he explained everything with my car, how to proceed with the sale, answered all my questions. Paperwork explained before signing. Got my car and loving it
Blaine, sales rep did a great job. Fair negotiations. Not too pushy. Quick process. Also, that put all brand new tires on my car.
I emailed the dealership twice to inquire about inventory. I never relieved a response.
Super friendly staff
Dave Loft was incredibly helpful and made buying my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Towne a no brainier.
