    The pre-owned Buick warranty is great. Reggie and the entire staff were helpful and friendly, let was given a ride to work, and eventually given a loaner until my car was repaired. My Verano is running great. .

    Took vehicle in for Lube/Oil/Filter. Upon leaving dealer, got immediate DIC message that Rear Hatch door was open. Got out to inspect and found that hatch was indeed loose (not the case when I brought it in). Attempted to open so that I could close properly, but it would not open. Was able to push it all the way shut, but it subsequently would not open at all. Returned to dealer IMMEDIATELY, but they refused to take responsibility despite the fact no such defect existed when it was brought in for oil change. They wanted $157 to fix. They claimed coincidence, but hatch would not have become randomly partially dislodged by itself. I refused to reward their incompetence or chicanery and took it to Serra Chevrolet to fix. Price there was $111 for the same job.

    For the 99.99% of our customers who are appreciative of the way we do business... THANK YOU for your loyalty. Unfortunately, dealers sometimes get blamed for unrelated repair issues, perhaps because we are affiliated with the manufacturer, or perhaps because some believe it's a path to a "free lunch". If Jefferson Chevrolet is responsible, we take care of it. In this customer's case we even diagnosed the customer's problem FREE of charge. However, when GM refused to offer the customer a free repair out of warranty, he decided to take it elsewhere. As a business that strives to exceed the value our customers expect, we respectfully reserve the right to rarely "fire" a customer; we did it before he posted this review. I will let the astute reader determine their own overall Rating of this customer. Again, we are grateful to serve the growing and loyal customers we have.
