Today, I went to Goldstein Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram on Route 9 in Latham, NY. I had the privilege of working with salesman, Mike Davey. He was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help me find the perfect vehicle. Rick, the manager, worked diligently to negotiate a price that would fit my budget. Anthony hammered out the details of financing and explained possible options that could be added. I never felt pressured and this experience was handled professionally.

In search of a new car I visited 2 Albany Area Dealers. One I had been with for over 20 years; however, they were not able to offer me as good a deal as my first time experience with Goldstein. Jerred Hickey was my sales rep and Rick was the man with the final numbers. They were both great to work with and Jerred went well above accommodating my varied needs that day. Sam in the Business Office was cordial and great to work with also. I now have a new Auto Dealer. Their new accommodations are really great, but I feel that they would have been just as good at the old location. I love my new car and am certain my Goldstein experience will continue to be very favorable. They have all sorts of perks from the Valued Customer Reviews to Free Car Washes every week and Roadside Assistance which is new for me as a new owner. Never included before, I always had to purchase it separate. My overall experience was great and I recommend them to everyone that sees my new car.
