New set of tires for my 2022 Sierra.

New set of tires for my 2022 Sierra. 70,000 miles on original set. No issues. Tires wore evenly. Service staff were excellent and very professional. All the work was completed as promised.

Car Repairs

This dealership went above and beyond other Buick dealers. They worked with me and made an effort to see if my car issues were included in the power train warrenty and special recalls, I qualified for both, another dealer wanted 500 dollars for a cracked tailpipe but this dealer got it covered under a special recall/warrenty, they took the time to help see if they could save me money, I was also offered a loaner and the repairs which included a complicated oil leak repair required taking apart the top half of the engine was sone in a day! I will be purchasing my next vehicle here.

This dealership went above and beyond other Buick dealers. Found the kind of car I was looking for there.

Saw a car I wanted on Cars.com and contacted them via that site. Got a return call from Lisa. I asked her a few questions about the car I was interested in and made arrangements to see car at the dealership 2 days later. It was a hour drive from my house. When I arrived Lisa had Leigh take care of me. Leigh was very nice and took plenty of time with me driving and after showing me the options and how things worked on the car etc. Then she gave me a print out of the cars service history. Lisa told me the car just came in and was just now detailed and put on the lot. According to the service record the car was actually used for their shuttle service for the past 2 yrs and had accumulated 25,000 miles in this capacity. I made a low ball offer because those added miles were all city miles which are the hardest thing on a car. They refused my offer and I countered with a cash offer that was only $1750 below what they were asking. Lisa lied to me about that car on 4 different questions including that it had been used as their shuttle. The used car manager also tried to weasel his way around the point that it had been their shuttle. I don't appreciate being flat out lied to by Lisa and I wouldn't recommend anybody to do business with this company.

Excellent service

Everyone at Golling made the purchase of my car very quick, easy and efficient. It was literally so fast, as they accommodated me on my lunch break for a test drive. And when the private buyer for my car backed out at the last minute, the Golling team went to work and found a new buyer within a day. Thank you!

asking top dollar for damaged car

Was looking at a used car they were asking top dollar for. It needed paint in numerous places, hubcaps, and parts of the bumper recliped. They would not fix those things or come down on price for the car so i could get those things fixed. The car has been there for months guess they didn't want to sell the car that bad.
