I found a car online at Wedekind Motors. When I went to look at the car, it was exactly what I was looking for.The salesman that took care of me was named Felice. He was very educated on the car I was interested. He was very professional. I never felt like I was being pushed or rushed into the purchase. Felice was helpful in my decision to purchase car. When it came to financing, Art made it happen fast and with the terms I wanted. When I closed the deal, Kevin made it quick, while explaining all terms and forms to me. All in all this was a great experience and I got a awesome 04 Pontiac GTO. This dealership really has its act together. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car. I needed a car and I went into wedekind based off of a referral, asking around I had multiple people standing by their cars. I didn't have much but they were persistent in helping me. I spoke with them over the phone at least twice a week for two weeks until I came back into the store. They changed the price and made sure it worked for me and shortly after that I was driving off in my new car. It has been three months since then and I still have no complaints. Definitely the GO TO dealership. Thank you guys all so much!

If you think you need to go to a "HUGE" dealership for a good deal, think again! I happened to stumble apon this dealership by fate, I had recently browsed their website and found my dream car, being that we live almost an hour away and wasn't really in the market for a new car, I didn't give it another thought. Saturday, we happened to be going to a store in Schenectady and drove past the dealership and decided to stop on our way back. We were greeted by our wonderful salesman, Dave. We chatted for a brief second about the car, he brought us the keys, asked if we had any questions and left us to check out the car, no hovering, no hounding, no jump down your throat let's make a deal now. After we checked the car out we gave back the keys and asked for his business card because remember, I'm not in the market for a car. He graciously gave us his card along with the vehicle info and Carfax. By Monday evening I decided that I can't live without this car! I emailed Dave and the Sales Manager Art, expressed my interest in the car. By Tuesday morning I had an auto loan and I drove my Chrysler 300 off the lot by 6:30pm. It was painless! Everyone from the sales department to the finance be department were/are AWESOME! I'm sure we will be repeat customers.

The staff was very pleasant to deal with. Made car buying easy. They were not pushy let you make your own mind up with purchase. Would send anyone there if they're looking for a good used car.
