DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I cannot give this dealership a zero star rating but if I could I would. They are without a doubt the worse dealership I have ever gone through to purchase a car. I went to look at a 2012 Chevy Traverse. The staff was friendly and had pulled the car into their garage for us. We test drove it and everything seemed fine. We were excited to purchase and decided it was the one for us. They helped with the paperwork and even showed us a list of the work that had been completed on it. Strangely, no where on that list did it mention that the TRANSMISSION WOULD NEEED TO BE REPLACED! That is right folks. Two weeks after buying said Traverse it started acting strangely and then it died. I took it to my mechanic and they have just informed me that the transmission would have to be replaced at a cost of 3874.71! The unfortunate thing is I can't sue them for selling me a worthless car. So I am posting this here and everywhere I can think of as a warning to anyone that would thing to buy from them. They are shady. they know all the tricks. Do not do what I did trusting the reviews (The five star ones are almost certainly paid for) and that my credit union had them on an approved list. Get anything you were thinking of buying from them inspected. By your own mechanic. More than likely it will be flawed. Buyer beware!

Service work on 2/11/16
I brought our Outlander Sport in today for service. From my past experience with Verhage, I expected nothing but the best overall service from them today. Not surprisingly, I did receive top notch service from them this morning. I've always enjoyed the personal attention I am given, both for when I bring my vehicles in for service, and when I am purchasing a new one. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from them and when given the chance, I always speak highly of them to friends I know that are contemplating a purchase of a new vehicle.

Wonderful experience!!!
My husband and I are looking for a vehicle that will fit our growing family, be able to tow, and still look good at a good price. The Mitsubishi team CALLS me when there is a vihicle in they think will interest me. I test drove the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander over night and LOVE the vehicle. All of the improvements over the previous model are awesome. It feels more comfortable and homey inside and more luxurious at the same time. The new fold down back seat feature is so much easier and overall, it is more user friendly. The sales staff (Jerry and Norm) at VerHage are awesome! Never pushy but interested in meeting my needs. They listen and will be on the look out for exactly what I need. Very impressed with them all. Great experience.

Jerry made buying my vehicle a very pleasant experience. No hassles, not pushy, and polite. I let him know what my price range was and I was firm on that.
