I made an appointment to test drive two different vehicles. When I arrived, both vehicles were waiting and ready, even warmed up in the chilly weather. I was able to jump right in, go for the test drive and switch easily to the next car. Brian was ready and waiting for me to return to switch keys and was helpful when explaining the key features I was shopping for. It was a great experience and I look forward to continuing my business here.

I had my car in for repair on Tues. Nov. 13 and needed it back by the next week for holiday travel. Jim Lacey, Collision Center Manager did a thorough job of ordering parts and completing this repair a day early. He explained everything that needed to be done and went through the itemized bill with me. My husband and I were very impressed with the repair job that was done and the friendly customer service that was given to us, during a holiday week. I have been driving new cars since 1980. Ford Chevy and Dodge. I choose my vehicle based on perceived value and price. This dealership offered me the best vehicle at the best price. I, unfortunately have had to experience the body shop in the first 7 months. By far one of the best experiences I have had doing something like that. Trust and value. They gave me a loaner even though my insurance didn't cover one. A vehicle equal to mine! The service department changes my oil and services my vehicle for less cost than the service/tire store down the street. Jack McNerney has won me over!
