Bad dealers with short forsight

This dearship is back in the Stone age how they've managed to get more vehicles accumulated around there rat hole Ally location I have a idea. Dont deal with these idiots. There going out of business pretty soon with scrapyard happy cheap junkyard location that's absolutely nuts. It be better located inside a cow yard along the highway. Very didapoited with these people. And I think the company had enough of them to some good Ford dealership could take them over. Think??

Great service and buying process

I was shopping for a used car to replace my current vehicle and it was a very relaxed experience and they were very fair on their prices/trade-in values.

Bought a 2011 Ford Escape & got EXCELLENT service!

I was shopping for a car after my '99 Grand Am died. I had the pleasure of working with Thurston Hanson, and in a matter of just days I walked out with a 2011 Ford Escape! Thurston and New Glarus Motors were excellent -they made the shopping for a new car fun and they made the paperwork a breeze!

Great personal service

I have had very good service on 3 vehicles at this small dealership over several years. They quickly diagnosed a brake problem that Russ Darrow in Madison missed twice, and that Madison "repair" cost me thousands. I liked the personal service of talking directly with the mechanic. Their good treatment of me made me want to buy my next car from them. I also liked the way the salesman (Thurston) found a beautiful used car for me when I needed one and then called me. He gave me a good price, and I bought it. It's beautiful and has been reliable and trouble free. I would go to them again.

Happy with service

Recently moved to the area and needed a quick repair on my Subaru (non-warranty). They were quick to help, did a good job and were easy to deal with.

Recommend a different dealer

I bought a car from this business. It took them nearly 4 weeks to cash the check. They said that it would be good for my interest (I don't need a financial manager, I need a car salesman.) 4 weeks of driving a car that you don't really own is bizarre. Anyway, and within a month, the headlight went out (turned out to be melted wiring) and the RPM s went haywire. Very expensive fixes to need before changing the oil. They told me upon purchase that they drove this vehicle so I found it odd that the headlight in particular (within a week of purchase) wasn't noticed by them. Also very unresponsive. I would recommend another dealer.
