worst experience when buying my truck.

worst experience when buying my truck. Wasn't where it was supposed to be at then when i finally received it. Called to complain about the poor brakes and was told they were fine and I wasn't use to the way a Fords brake system works but after putting it on the lift found out that all the calipers were rusted fast.. Fast forward to three months later and found out the 4wd doesn't engage been waiting for over a year and half to get it fixed

Recently purchased a new truck from Dalton R.

Recently purchased a new truck from Dalton R. at Friendly Ford in Hamilton; it was an excellent experience, I never felt pushed into something I did not want and was able to find a vehicle that suited what I was looking for and in my price range. Dalton was very friendly and knowledgeable, made buying a vehicle a delight instead of stressful.

Update!

Update!!!! The sale process was quick but after my purchase, I’ve had a difficult time with the dealership. I paid in advance for undercoating and the dealership promised to have my 2nd key (that they lost) and to repair a scratch that I pointed out on the day of pickup. I left the vehicle with them for 10 days and…. No key and scratch untouched.

No Communication and the quality of work was not up to

No Communication and the quality of work was not up to dealership standards. They said they performed a service on my vehicle the 2nd visit but when i had to come back for another visit to fix the original problem they said it was never done. Don't trust the work they did and would never recommend them
