It's too early for me to get out of my lease but I went in to discuss with Robert Wood my options when I get out of my current car and he was patient, explained scenarios, and made a great timeline suggestion for me. Really put me at ease!! Can't wait to buy my next car here! Highly recommend Robert here!
New CAr Purchase
I came to this dealership to purchase my vehicle because I wanted a dealer that would take care of my vehicle if problems arise. This is my second vehicle purchased from Tradition and the shop is GREAT! I got to know the Business Owner after purchasing the car. If the dealership is half as good as the owner I made a great choice. One thing I know to be true this owner really cares about his customers and is willing to do what it takes to make them happy. Staff are always courteous friendly answer my questions in a timely fashion quick to determine what is wrong with my vehicle and fix it properly
I inquired about a NEW 2017 Buick Enclave Leather (it's February 2019, btw- this car is over 2 years old- has over 4000 miles on it, it just hasn't been 'sold' yet). A 'used' one with under 10k miles goes for the same that they want for a new one? I asked Cliff Jones for the best deal they can do and he came back with a selling price $2500 MORE than advertised. Apparently advertised price includes incentives that are not mentioned in the ad. For some reason, they are actively trying not to sell a car that's been on their lot for 2 years. Why wouldn't you want to get rid of it? This thing wouldn't sell for that much at an auction, give someone a deal. I'm not even saying me, just sell it! Apparently, these Enclaves are a dime a dozen, because there are 4 brand new 2017s available within 100 miles of me, and I live in a rural area. One of these dealers will give me a deal, Tradition Chevy wants to charge me more than the advertised price.
Hello Brian, We were just notified of this review, and had not seen it until this date. While you may have already decided on that perfect vehicle, we wanted to clarify on how the pricing works. The various incentives on some of our vehicles apply to customers who qualify for them. When a person does not qualify for a particular offer, the cost of the vehicle does increase. That said, we do everything we can to remain as competitive in regards to base pricing. A surprising experience
Had the most wonderful experience while looking for a used car. I was honestly dreading the haggling that I've experienced during this process in the past. Surprise surprise I enjoyed every minute. Ashley was our sales person and Cliff the sales manager made our purchase not only one to remember but one we will share with our friends.

Went in to get my 2010 Buick serviced. Ended up trading in my 2005 Ford for a 2015 chevy from Pete Annony, Great car at a great price. Service was also fantastic as it always is.
