About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since November 2016.
Wall's Ford is a family owned dealership with a real family atmosphere. 4 Walls are at work every day. The business founder John Wall Sr. has represented Ford products for over 40 years. Sons John and Bryan joined the business while in high school. John is the Used Car Manager and Bryan is the Service Manager. Julie started with the dealership in 2010 and is the Internet Manager. Plus our staff remains consistent. Many are long term - several having been here more than 20 years!

We are located off Route 95 (Exit 58); and 1.1 miles from Route 495 (Exit 55).
The place with the BIG American flag and all the selection you'll ever need.

We bought a Bronco 🎉 Car shopping is my least favorite

We bought a Bronco 🎉 Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do. Stan changed that for us. He was welcoming + helpful, very organized in his work, knowledgeable, open + honest. We highly recommend Stan and the entire Wall's team. We arrived for our 9:30 appointment and drove away in our new car at 1:20. We can't imagine going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and go see Stan the Man.

Bethany was extremely helpful and communicated very well,

Bethany was extremely helpful and communicated very well, with what was going on with my car both times I've been here. The whole service team at Wall's Ford does a great job making sure to help you out as best they can, and to get your car back to you in a timely manner. I brought my car here to fix an issue with it not being able to start normally in park, and having to put it into neutral in order to start it. The only catch is it happens randomly and within day's / month's in between, so of course it wanted to work fine when I brought my car in to be serviced. (I also recently had my neutral safety switch replaced as well.) Although the issue with my car wasn't able to be resolved this time. I appreciate and respect the decision to not charge me for anything that pertained to that. Also I was told that the next time it happens to come back the same day and they will look at it again. Which is something I respect in a business and would make me want to come back again!

I am so sorry we were not able to deliver you your truck due to the Stop Sale Order because of the recall, Wolfgang, Unfortunately, dealerships have no control over that, or the length of time it takes for the manufacturer to send us the fix.
