I was looking for a used truck under 25,000 and thought I found a steal for 18,400 on a 2018 RAM 1500. I called the dealership and Justin answered the phone, told me that the price was supposed to be 28,400 and blamed it on cars.com even when the price was incorrect on their own website. Don’t be fooled by low price listings from this dealership because you will be disappointed when the car you are looking at is $10,000 more than what was advertised.

MY INQUIRY WAS FOR A 2019 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER. TO MY SURPRISE, TONY MANGINO PERSONALLY RESPONDED TO ME BY EMAIL. ONCE I DECIDED THIS WAS THE VEHICLE I DEFINITELY WANTED, THEIR SALESMAN MATT GUIDED ME THROUGH THE CREDIT APPLICATION PROCESS. HE ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY QUESTIONS AND HIS UPBEAT, FRIENDLY PERSONALITY WAS SO REFRESHING! ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT DESERVES RECOGNITION IS JUDY. SHE RECEVED AND PROCESSED MY APPLICATION IN RECORD TIME. IN A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS SHE HAD ME APPROVED FOR A LOAN AND WITH MY PAYMENT RIGHT WHERE I NEEDED IT TO BE ! THIS IS A DEALERSHIP THAT HAS NOT LOST THAT PERSONAL TOUCH THAT SO MANY PLACES LACK THESE DAYS. THE EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES OF COVID 19 DID NOT STOP THEM FROM MAKING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE SEAMLESS AND ENJOYABLE IN EVERY WAY! I WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE! LOVE MY NEW OUTLANDER AND ALREADY GETTING MANY COMPLIMENTS ! MANY THANKS , SHARON

She was supremely pleasant, friendly, professional, very accommodating and helpful. Best thing, this is a NO PRESSURE dealership. They're very pleasant and respectful, and the vibe there is actually chill. Noelle even wen out of her way to deliver the car to me, since I live almost 2 hours away from their dealership. Had a 8 o’clock apt they were ready for me so friendly at the desk adjusted my tire pressure the light went off gave me a complimentary car wash and detailed my vehicle looks like the day I bought it excellent job this dealership rocks love it here would never go anywhere else !!

This dealership is like very few that remain today. By that I mean family owned and operated joined with a staff of career professionals. If you want to enjoy the buying process again and actually be excited about selecting your next vehicle, TMM should be your choice. I've purchased 3 vehicles in as many years from these great folks and I recommend them to anyone who asks. The staff and facility are great, and their range and quality of vehicles surpasses that of dealerships twice the size. Worth a drive from anywhere, but if your local give one of their quality new Mitsubishis ( a very underrated vehicle) or clean preowned cars a try. You too will be glad you did.
