He made plans for the following day to meet with my husband and myself. I got a call earlier that morning asking exactly what I would need to make a deal. Joe was prepared with the answers when we got there to test drive that afternoon. While we were in no way there to buy a car that day, Joe made it so easy for us to make a deal. So, needless to say, we traded and drove home that evening in our new Encore! Joe is very educated on the car and what each function does. He made an appt. with me the next morning to come in and be educated on the systems. He has followed up diligently on ON STAR and has made me feel that I am always welcome to ask him questions. Dropping the vehicle off and picking it back up was so quick and easy. The paper work was all ready to go and I was able to do everything in one place. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
