Everyone that we deal with is so friendly and helpful. John our salesman is very awesome. He takes very good care of his customers. We feel he cares about us as his customers and that we are happy with our car. A big thank you to John.

Clean facility and excellent service.

Since 1997 when I bought a new 3/4 ton GMC pickup I have been treated like a valuable customer. My wife and I have purchased two new Buick LaCross automobiles and have received excellent service from Hirnings.

I appreciated working with Clay and Kenneth. They were both very professional and kind to work with. I didn't want to spend my entire Saturday buying a new vehicle and they did a great job to get things done in a very timely manner.

BEST SERVICE HIRNING POCATELLO

I actually was just looking up the Buick Encore on line and they wanted my information. Joe called within the hour and asked me what I was looking for exactly. I was quite impressed because there was no way the dealership was still open at that hour... So I knew he was really on top of things. He made plans for the following day to meet with my husband and myself. I got a call earlier that morning asking exactly what I would need to make a deal. Joe was prepared with the answers when we got there to test drive that afternoon. While we were in no way there to buy a car that day, Joe made it so easy for us to make a deal. So, needless to say, we traded and drove home that evening in our new Encore! Joe is very educated on the car and what each function does. He made an appt. with me the next morning to come in and be educated on the systems. He has followed up diligently on ON STAR and has made me feel that I am always welcome to ask him questions. The Encore I love and the customer service is nothing short of spectacular!!!! Great Job Joe and Hirning!!!! Wendy Torgesen

Fast and Easy

Dropping the vehicle off and picking it back up was so quick and easy. The paper work was all ready to go and I was able to do everything in one place. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
