We felt with Shane and Kevin at the Auto Mall and they where both fantastic!! They kept me posted on the truck that we ordered through them and when it came in we where contacted immediately. Everything we needed was handled in a timely manor and there customer service is awesome! We live two hours away from the dealership and I would in a heart beat buy another vehicle from them. Keep up the good work guys and we will recommend you to anyone we know looking to buy a new vehicle!
Outstanding customer service

Avoid Auto Mall they will waste your time
Sent an email on 1/2/2023 asking if a car was available. Shane Greene emailed back the next day saying he would check on it. Bailey left a voicemal on 1/3/2023 at 2PM saying it was available. I drove 135 miles round trip in the dark, rain, and fog and arrived around 5:15PM. Bailey was busy with someone else. I was told the car could not be found. I was told it might have been sold, or was out on loan or they never had it, but if it was found they would email a video so I could see it. I emailed Shane the next day and no one from Auto Mall has reached out to me. Avoid this place. They are unprofessional. They like to play games and waste people's time. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else.

Service is despicable
I made appointment for my car to be looked at for a shimmy while accelerating. Asked if there was time to also get a oil change. Got a oil change and a balance that I didn?t need that I was charged for. Was told that they didn?t have time to have someone look at it . It?s what the appt was made for and I had to drive a hour to get there. I took my car to springfield gmc and the guy knew what was wrong as soon as I told him. It was a axle and they fixed it.

Disrespected by management , no Comunication, was told if I don?t take extended warranty than I get higher interest rate.end of month, they got what they wanted. Sigh Ed on the 25, finally I went I the 31 & told them I want my vehicle. I could go on, but won?t.

BUYER Beware....DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES
BUYER Beware....DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES On February 20th 2020 we drove to the dealership to buy a used Chevrolet traverse, upon checking the car few things were pointed out to the sales person and we were told that it will be taken care of, upon delivery of the car and as I drove it the car had the same problems, called the dealership and complained and the car was picked up for the second fix and the dealer had it for a few days, the car was dropped off again and upon driving the card after the 3rd fix it still had the same problems with nothing done to it. The problems were the following, 1. Brakes are soft and the car doesnt stop on time. 2. Car tilts to the right and as it drives and it's very hard to control the steering wheel. 3. Steering wheel wobbles as the car drives and excessively vibrates and shakes. I called and complained to the sales manager (Nate) and instead of listening to the problem in hand he started threatening me if I were to complain more about this that he will toss the car back in my driveway and that there is nothing I can do about it. Called the general manager Chad and left him a message but have not heard anything back from him or his office. The dealership still has my car since the purchase date....please stay away from this dealership.
