I brought my vehicle in for annual inspection sticker. My check engine light came on 4 days before my appointment, I also got a text message and email from my vehicle. It turned out to be an emission code created by an anomaly. I caused the anomaly by remote starting my vehicle every morning. It was an easy fix, they performed a software update which widened the parameters, so my vehicle will no longer find it odd and think something is wrong with frequent remote starts. I like to remote start my vehicle in the morning to defog the windows. What confuses me is that I bought the vehicle brand new in June of 2021 and used the remote start every morning I went to work and it never threw a code until now, a few days before it was due for a new sticker lol. I'm glad it was something simple and didn't take the dealership long to update/fix. I was in and out of there in a little over an hour and the staff were polite and friendly.

Dishonest
I attempted to purchase a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 from them a few weeks ago. Clearly the salesman was not interested in selling a truck that day. We were negotiating from the price he gave me, and then all of a sudden it wasn't the price....it was a made up price to get me closer to the actual selling price...and the vehicle couldn't be purchased for the price he offered me....what?? Maybe he was not taking me seriously? Or thought I was an idiot? I ceased negotiating immediately and took my business elswhere. Old-school used car salesman tactics are outdated and don't work on the informed consumer. Just a heads-up folks....

Horrible customer service, poor quality work
Had insurance repairs done there, now having warranty issues that they are unwilling to repair. Horrible customer service; if you need repairs work to be done - go elsewhere.

Great Dealership and Salespeople
Came to the dealership to test drive a certified pre-owned 2014 Chevy Spark I saw online. Jeff Lorenz was our salesman and was excellent--he offered to go the extra mile to make this purchase possible and was able to get a rate that worked for my budget. Everyone at the dealership was attentive and very helpful. I'd highly recommend Jeff Lorenz and Betley Chevrolet!

Another Great Experience at Betley!
Brian was very knowledgeable and thorough with everything. It was my daughter's first new car and he made the experience very different than her friends had led her to believe it would be. She was only a few months old when I bought my first car from Brian/Betley 23 years ago, so I was not surprised that we were treated right. A great experience overall!
