I had stopped in to just do alittle research and figure out my next vehicle, and ended up meeting an amazing salesman. Sky was attentive and really listened to my wants and needs. He then invited me in to the dealership to discuss my options. Every person I interacted with was extremely friendly. And what i loved most was they were not pushy. They actually care that you get what you want and what you need and to make sure you?re happy. Best experience I have had a dealership ??

They have vehicles listed on cars.
They have vehicles listed on cars.com that have already been sold. When you inquire via chat on their website, they take your contact info for someone to get ahold of you. I provided them my email address but somehow they got my phone number and just start calling, leaving voicemails, and texting and never actually answer me on whether they have the car I inquired about or not. Never received an email as requested. Annoying.

BEWARE!
Horrible service department. I never had a problem with sales and parts but when it comes to their service dept, nothing is communicated within the two people that work in that department. They do not call and give you up dates, the service manager Tim is rude and condescending, and if I would have known all of this prior to purchasing my vehicle with them I would have chosen a different dealership. Shame on the lack of care and concern for customers.

Fraudulent
Advertised vehicle as already having been certified pre owned on numerous different websites only find out its not. Not a mistake since they wanted me to pay to have the certification done that they claimed had already been done. Just a trick to get you in the door. Now I know why they seemed to be cheapest. Won't be spending a penny here. Recommend Matthews or Dorchel instead. Much more honest.

We had a new salesperson, who was not completely familiar with our pricing policy. We have since modified out pricing, making it easier for both new salespeople & customers.

I’ll never go anywhere else
I’ve had my car almost two years now. From the salesman to when I picked up my car everything was great. Staff was friendly. I changed my mind on which model I wanted after the paperwork was started and they did it for me. I take my car there for all it’s service and they are always so friendly and not overpriced at all. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Great experience. Larry and all involved were very helpful and friendly. Like the hometown feeling of the dealership. Will definitely go back. They worked with us to seal the deal, and went over and above.

We travelled from the Rochester area to purchase a car from this dealership. It was well worth the trip and everyone was great to work with during the process. Sirena was wonderful and very helpful.

Great Deal, Great People
I have shopped area car dealers, but none of them were able to get me the deal that LeBrun Nissan did. I drove 50 miles from Rochester to Auburn to buy a Rogue and was so impressed with the incredible customer experience, not to mention an amazing deal. Dave LeBrun was personally involved with my deal and Phil LeBrun in the F&I department made the paperwork a breeze. Alex, my salesperson, did an awesome job explaining all the features and technology in my vehicle. I love the down-to-earth feeling you experience at LeBrun. Great deal and great customer service! I highly recommend LeBrun!!
