I purchased a 2017 Nissan Armada in Dec 2022.
I purchased a 2017 Nissan Armada in Dec 2022. Within 2 weeks later, I noticed that air was leaking from the rear tires, so I took it to the tire shop, where they showed me both the rear rims were bent. We quickly realized why, while driving the car the next week, the rear air bag suspension failed & the car dropped onto the back tires. I had to replace the air bag suspension pump that clearly was already failing when I purchased the vehicle, & pay to have the rims fixed & new tires from the damage all within a month of purchasing this car. I signed an 'as is' purchase agreement so I did not contact them. Around the 8 month mark, my transmission was slipping, so I stopped the vehicle & waited for a tow. The mechanic said the transmission fluid lines were completely rusted through, another $500 repair. It was not 2 months later & I saw something leaking under my drivers tire. We did not have the money to repair it at the time, & not knowing what it was, parked it for the winter. Come Spring 2024, we have the money to have it looked at & we take it to the shop. The air conditioning line had a hole on it that was duct taped!!! $3000 repair. 5 months ago, I decided to post a review on Google about the unethical practices of this dealership, to which they decide to respond, "Good morning Lindsey, I am surprised to see your review. You purchased a fully reconditioned 90,000 mile vehicle in December of 2022 and at the time of purchase, you declined a Vehicle Service Contract. We have not seen you in for service since the vehicle purchase. I wish that you were honest with your review. Thanks, Craig Russell - Executive Manager." Calling a customer a liar is disgusting & if he had looked at my file, he would have seen that I would have never drove there for service because I drove over an hour and a half to purchase that car, nor would I after seeing their shady practices. 3 months ago I replaced the battery, & today need a new fuel pump all within 2 years of purchase. UNETHICAL!

WARNING ⚠️ BEWARE Don't go to this dealership.
WARNING ⚠️ BEWARE Don't go to this dealership. This place has some of the rudest, most dishonest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing. Their service department is by far the worst. I will layout way. 1)First incident. My mother has service light on in her truck. This service light ended up just being a tire pressure indicator. That just needed to be reset. She took her vehicle to this dealership and was trying to explain to the service coordinator what it was saying. He completely disregarded what she was saying to instead tell her she needed a oil change, brake fluid flush, transmission fluid change and a host of other work without even looking at the service light. None of that was true as we take her car to a reliable mechanic for regular maintenance and they had just done a oil change and a full inspection less than a month before. Our mechanic found no issue. She called me, told me what the dealership said and I came to look at her truck and found it was just the tire pressure monitor. I reset it in under a minute. I then called the dealership and spoke to the service manager Todd and expressed how disappointed I was with this interaction. My mother is a retired older woman and I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of her. Todd tried to assure me that wasn't the case. Yet when I called everyone seemed to know right away what service guy my mother dealt with. So I assume my mother wasn't the first person he has done that to. 2)The second incident. In Dec the battery on my mother's truck went out. It was 3 to 4yo. I had to take the battery out as the truck was stuck in the garage. I went to the dealership got a supposedly new battery and installed it. This was December 13 2023. Now here in June of 2024 the truck is having problems starting. We know it can't be the battery it's just 6 months old. We take the truck to our mechanic the do a full check and find the battery is completely shot. We call the infiniti dealership and explain the situation. They tell us the need to verify on their own that the battery is bad. Okay, that's understandable. We bring the truck to the dealership and they verify the battery is bad. The ofcourse are going to replace the battery but want to charge a $77 fee. I called the dealership spoke to one service coordinator that listened but told me he wasn't the coordinator over this. He transferred me to Brandon who again said there would be a fee. I asked how, why in the world should we be paying a fee for faulty battery that they sold. Most reasonable businesses would say since our product was the problem let use fix this for you. No, they don't believe the inconvenience of having a unreliable vehicle, driving from one shop to another to be told the same thing that it was their faulty product was worth the courtesy of installation of a battery. Brandon said well your mother said she'll pay. I said absolutely not. Why should we pay anything for something that is in reality their fault. I said I can install the battery myself. As I was talking Brandon hung up on me. I at no time yelled nor used profanity but he decided hang up. I called back asked to speak to the service manager(Todd) and told him of the situation. Again Todd tries to tell me they aren't trying to get over on people. I ask how is that when in under a year they've tried milking money out of my mother. So now they literally put in a battery pull the truck out of the garage sit it in a parking space take the battery out, sit it inside the truck and I had to install the battery in their parking lot. This took all of 5mins. All because this business lacks the moral fiber to just be honest with customers. Shop here or do business with them at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Roderick, Thanks for taking time to talk with me regarding your mother's service issue. As we discussed, our dealership has to follow Infiniti's Warranty Policy. We could not warranty the battery install labor, as you elected to put the battery in yourself. We are hopeful that you understand Infiniti's Warranty Policy. Craig Ressell - Executive Manager
Great service experience.
Great service experience. We drove 200 miles for our appointment; the complimentary wash/vacuum was greatly appreciated. The staff was very friendly and the waiting area very inviting with plenty of room and beverages. Marilyn/Petoskey
