We feel very comfortable doing business with Borgman

We feel very comfortable doing business with Borgman Ford. We found the used care staff to be friendly, straightforward, and with no discernible pressure to make an immediate decision to buy a particular vehicle. We plan to get a second vehicle from them soon. Both Tom the sales person and Curt in finance were a pleasure to work with.

We feel very comfortable doing business with Borgman Ford. A Warning to Future Customers: Integrity Matters I have been a loyal Ford customer for years, but my recent experience with Borgman Ford in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has left me with no choice but to warn others. Ford Motor Company contacted me as the co-owner of a vehicle that was surrendered by my ex, instructing me to retrieve it. I drove nearly 700 miles to Michigan to claim what was rightfully mine, armed with the master key and proper registration. Upon arrival, I complied with the dealership’s request to sign agreements for necessary repairs and key replacements. Everything was in order. The following day, when I reached out to have the keys cut—since the other party failed to provide them the dealership outright refused. Despite my legal right to the vehicle and my compliance with their process, they failed to honor their commitments. Let me be clear: If you are considering purchasing or servicing a vehicle at Borgman Ford, think twice. A business that does not uphold integrity, respect legal ownership, or fulfill agreements is not one that deserves your trust. While I must commend my service representative, Jacob, for his excellent communication and professionalism, it does not outweigh the dealership’s failure in leadership and ethical responsibility. This experience has eroded my trust in Ford, and I will never purchase another vehicle from them. I intend to escalate this matter to civil court, the Better Business Bureau, and every relevant authority to ensure that others do not suffer from the same deceptive business practices. To those considering doing business here: Your purchase, your investment, and your trust are not safe. Choose a dealership that values its customers and operates with honesty. Integrity in business is non-negotiable. Ford, do better.

Nick was very helpful throughout our whole auto buying

Nick was very helpful throughout our whole auto buying experience. He brought the vehicle to our house to have a test drive and was very kind and listened and answered our requests. We had a great experience.
