    I have bought several cars from this dealership, I was always happy with the service I was provided, until my last 2 new car purchases. I took my brand new F150 in for installing a bed liner, the truck comes back with a large scratch on the bed, they offer to repaint it, and they did, however got overspray all over my wheel. Take my F150 back in because a deer ran into the side of it, get the truck back, again with overspray on the wheel and this time the lock doesn't work. Take the truck in yet again to get the lock fixed and they "could not find the issue" so I had to walk back to the tech and show him how a lock worked, and how it is supposed to work. Wife takes her new Fusion in for issues with the active noise cancellation, they said they fixed it when it was apparent they didn't even test drive it after they replaced a speaker to see if that was the fix. Wife has to take car back in, several days without contact go by until I have to call in and they said they have to replace the windshield because there is an air leak. The part is a few days out, so we opt to keep car there while they get the part. Several more days go by until I have to call in again and they say the car is ready. Wife gets car back and the noise is STILL there. The trip meter shows they drove the car a grand total of 1.3 miles. Complete lack of testing. Take the car back in and now, 20 days without her car, they still have it and have told us nothing about the status. Complete fail in customer service beyond just getting oil replaced. I will be bringing my business elsewhere from now on. I have given them plenty of chances to correct this.

    Brought my car in for a recall watched mechanic open drivers door and turn in paper work. No hood opened to check actual recall device no inspection and when brought up to service advisors attention he was confident it was completed when clearly it wasn't. Also made an appointment and I had to go up to service desk 1 hr later cause I walked around building and my car hasn't even moved when I was told it would be a quick 20 minute check. I was late to work and told the service advisor I need it done within the hour that's why I made and appointment. There paying customers come first there was 5 people walk ins no less that were in and out after me and my car wasn't even in the shop. I will not go back or tell people I know that it's a good dealer to go too.. As everyone knows word gets around..

    I began my relationship with this dealership and repair center in 2012. At first things were good, but in the last year things have gone downhill fast. The service department argued with me about a warranty issue and couldn't get me in for for more than a week. I couldn't wait this long I took the vehicle to another repair shop and they found Borgman had used a re-conditioned alternator and charged me for a brand new one. Borgman will never see me again.
