Do not know the laws and are deceptive.

I was told I need a warranty for the car to get financed. Well, I called the loan company and they never said any such thing. My interest rate is 18.40 which is not even legal in NY and LA where they are based. The amount of interest they are charging is over what 18.40% would be. My brakes were not replaced before I got the car. We went on lockdown so I didn't drive my car for a few months. My brakes should not have needed to be replaced months later. Lawyer is already reporting it.

Great buying experience, no pressure.

I recently purchased my third vehicle from Josh Wittemeyer at Terry Morris Super lot 50. Each experience has been pleasant. Not your usual high pressure sales tactics you find at many of the other dealerships in the area. The fact that I've gone back for a 2nd and 3rd vehicle should say it all.

Great place

Terry's Rte 50 Super Lot was a great place to do business with. The people were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They have a large selection of vehicles to choose from and they are priced fair.

Returning Customer

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Terry's Route 50 Super Lot and I don't think there are enough good things I can say about the establishment and my salesman. Terry's Route 50 Super Lot always has an awesome selection of vehicles to choose from. The cars are always clean, and ready to be driven. The location is easy to find and is always clean. The sales staff always greet me and are never pushy. Tom Nusback assisted me in my purchase, and made everything a breeze. The car is a few years old but is in mint condition and looks practically brand new. It runs perfectly and has just under 25,000 miles. I was really apprehensive about buying a used car but Terry's Route 50 Super Lot did not let me down. Also, I read the reviews below, and I have to say I find the comment hard to believe because I do not have the best credit, and they were able to work out a deal and payments that worked out for me.

Insulting Salesman

When I laid out my financial situation for the salesman, he proceeded to laugh in my face, and push me out the door.

Reprehensible Establishment

!!!!!!Buyer Beware!!!!!! On March 24th, 2014 I made the unfortunate decision to look at a used vehicle located at Terry's Route 50 Super Lot. My wife and I pulled into the lot and began to look at a vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We were soon approached by one of their sales personnel, Tom Sickler. After a short test drive Tom brought us to his desk to discuss the car we had just driven. Although we had some concerns with the vehicle, a slight vibration in the front end, as well as what appeared to be bubbling or pealing top layer of paint on the passenger side front bumper of the car, the vehicle did fit both our needs and budget. Tom asked us if we had a vehicle to trade, and when we informed him that we did, and discussed a rough figure that we would like to receive as a trade-in value, he told us that his manager would need to look at our car. Although our car was older, and had relatively high mileage, it was in good working order and drove well. I handed the keys over to Tom, and my wife and I were left at his desk for about 20 minutes while our car was ?looked at?. After the 20 minutes, Tom returned sating ?Your car is a wreck!? I was more that a bit taken aback by this unprofessional statement, then he stated that the vehicle was resting on its driver front tire. I was shocked, having driven the car to the lot without issue. My wife and I then followed Tom to their parking lot were he said the ?she just drove in a bit and hit a pothole before deciding the car wasn?t safe to drive? to are dismay, there sat our car with the driver?s front obviously sitting down on the driver?s front tire, completely undrivable. When I asked him what happened he very defensively said ?Are you accusing us?? I replied that I wasn?t accusing anyone of anything, but that I had driven the car there without issue, and after giving him the keys, the car was now in an undrivable state. My wife then asked why the ?manager?, who was not to be found anywhere, would have attempted to drive the car if it had indeed been in that state when she had seen it. His only reply was ?would-a, could-a, should-a? When my wife asked for clarification, he just threw his hands in the air and walked off. In the hour it took for the tow-truck to arrive, my wife and I were left in the parking lot. Zero effort was made to discuss the damage to our car. The ?manager? never once came out to tell us her story, and no effort was made by any member of the staff to assist the former potential customers that has been rendered stranded in their parking lot. I have never been so appalled by a company in my life! All I can say is please do yourself a favor and NEVER ever attempt to do business with this reprehensible establishment!
