Jay Watkins was our salesman and he was great. We already knew what we wanted he had it all ready to go. Got us financed, which was easy and the finance guy was great too. Very good experience. Would highly recommend trying them out if your looking for a new or used auto.

I have a 2008 jeep and my husband has taken it to three different dealerships thankfully my husband‘s friend told him about Randy Wise we took my jeep there they fixed some things that were wrong with it but most of all the major issue they found unfortunately they could not fix it because it’s a part that Has to be ordered but part was ordered I would highly recommend them to anyone Aaron in service is awesome always very pleasant when you called to talk just all around great place and I’m very happy ,

I can’t even begin to explain how INCREDIBLE Randy Wise Durand was to our family. After early morning car trouble, they had barely opened their doors for the day on a Saturday and were able to diagnose and get us a rental secured, for our family of 6 no less, in well under an hour. What could have been a stressful, all day ordeal, was taken care of with ease, with understanding and the best customer service we have ever experienced. Service manager Joel, technician Tim and GM Mike went over and above all expectations and helped us out. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Do not trust these crooks. Will sell you a car and lie to your face about its history. They will tell you to bring it in for a look and tell you it's 80 bucks to look at.

My daughter and I visited for the first time. REMARKABLE SERVICE!! They definitely make you feel like family. Even though our salesperson was family. My niece Victoria Posio! the absolute worst experience buying a car ever , only gave one star because i had to . nothing lower , Bob the salesman was great , The only good part of our experience , We were pre approved for a loan so when we went in there that part was taken care of.. My husband went in to look at the truck on Saturday they made a deal and he was told to take the truck home for the weekend while they got the paper work taken care of, and we would just come back in on Monday and sign the paperwork and be gone , Not what happened first They called my husband in for a copy of his drivers license (that they already had a copy of , he took the truck home for the weekend ) He drove to Durand waited for 45 min. for someone to finally come out of the office and say never mind we will take care of it when you come back this afternoon to sign the paperwork. We went to our 4:30 appointment to sign papers and we were left setting at a desk for an hour with no explaination or much interaction at all. finally 1 1/2 hours later we left , We have bought 4 cars from Graffs and never been just left setting and ignored like we were here .
