I drove many vehicles before deciding to purchase a 2015 Subaru Forester. I've wanted an SUV for a long time, and wanted to be sure about the fit, mileage,... leg room and other features. While the initial salesman was friendly and informative, the experience with the vehicle since has been nothing but problems. I was told the bluetooth didn't work with my specific type of phone. I purchased a new phone and it still doesn't work properly with my android or my children's iphones. I was told I would be charged if I brought it back again to have it looked at. Not kosher. Six months after purchase the ABS break system locked up requiring a 250 repair. Then I learned it was a recall. Six month later I lost all acceleration and the SBS warning system lights came on while I was driving on the highway. I also learned they haven't come up with a fix for this problem. I'm lucky it didn't get me into an accident. This car has had other problems all in less than a year of ownership. Subaru, and specifically Subaru of Keene, you've failed me. What a disappointment.

Brought my car in for a recall without a broken windshield came back with a broken windshield. Subaru of Keene refuses to take any blame and says they... are not responsible for damages that happen on their lot. We will be looking for somewhere else to buy our subarus from now on!!!

I have not had the best experiences at the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. I shop in Keene occasionally and when I contacted your dealership about... the replacement air bag I was told you could order one for me whereas the other dealership said they were out and indicated that the replacement air bags were being sent to the southern states first and they had no time frame as to when they would be receiving any more.... Your employees were friendly and the replacement air bag was installed quickly. Kelsey Chabot was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

When my dashboard turned into a flashing Christmas tree on the way to Mount Snow I brought my car to Keene. Ryan the tech and his service manager promptly... got my car in and found the issues. Yes I admit I neglected to have some parts replaced a few miles back and they noted and replaced those. More importantly my transmission had gone on my 6 cylinder 2013 outback. I received a loaner outback (very nice limited 4cyl package) and was on my way. A short time after I got a call saying my car was ready for pick up. Much appreciate the fast and friendly service here in Keene!

Facilities neat and clean, sales person was very nice to both my wife and me, any questions we had thew sales person either answered or found the answer.... The sales person was very helpful after the sale when I needed help in doing a procedure in the car that was not explained well in the manual.

Everything aspect from purchasing the car to delivery was very professional. We had a slight issue with one of our accessories which was expeditiously... remedied thanks to “Z” and the entire service department. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
