I am loving my MKZ! I had a 2016 and upgraded to the 2018 Reserve trim. It handles beautifully, rides like a dream and has awesome amenities! Bob Maxey... Lincoln in Detroit is an awesome dealership. They have professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff and will work out the best deal for you! I haven't needed repairs on my 2018 and don't expect to, but whenever I went in for scheduled service-like an oil change-on my 2016; the service department as a whole was awesome.

Bob Maxey Lincoln runs an ad in a local paper, advertising brake jobs, and oil changes. I stopped in for an oil change and they tell me that they are all... out of the product and it was "while supplies last". Which are they out of, the filter or oil. I did not stick around to hear the up sale, nor would I consider using their services or buying/leasing a car. Will not be back.

Terrible service, different excuses every time and gave car back after they drained a huge two year old battery with 30,000 miles. Then hang up when asking... them how they burnt out my battery . Will POST ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA
