Not honest when dealing with customers the last time I

Not honest when dealing with customers the last time I brought my car in for a oil change they told me that my brakes need to be done so I asked if how long I had before I need to be done he told me immediately so I didn't get them done so the next time I came back I asked them to check my brakes and pay special attention to him but I also had chose the works for my package they tried to charge me to look at my brakes but then after the service was done they said my brakes were okay they were fine but the last time they told me you need to be done so therefore they are not honest

An unexpectedly pleasant experience - The day before visiting Bob Maxy Lincoln, I was planning on purchasing a "slightly used" CPO 2024 Lincoln with very low miles from another dealer. I offered the asking price, but they low-balled me on my trade-in (even less than "We By Any Car.Com.) When I visited Bob Maxy, Nicholas found a way for me to purchase a brand new Lincoln for the same amount that I was planning to spend for a previously owned car. I got a very fair offer on my trade and am now a happy customer of Bob Maxy. Nicholas has earned my first call the next time I'm in the market for a car.

When the time came to renew my lease, I was worried my

When the time came to renew my lease, I was worried my payment was going to jump by hundreds of dollars. My salesman worked hard to find a car with enough rebates so that didn’t happen. He also stayed way past closing time showing me how to work all the new technology that came with the car. I got a great deal and great service… what more could you ask for? . I highly recommend checking out Bob Maxey when your car lease is up for renewal. You might be surprised.
