Stopped in to this dealer to trade my 2013 Ram 1500 for a 2016 Ram 2500 diesel. The truck outfitted the way I wanted it, could not be located, so it was ordered. In about 7 weeks the truck arrived. Delivery went well. My salesman was Tom Callum.

Never imagined spending 6 hours to purchase a vehicle. Wasted hours working a deal only to have it fall apart when we reached the financing stage. This happened because of misleading promises on interest rates and incentives to make the numbers work. My wife was 9 months pregnant, (she actually had the baby last week), and we felt pressured into purchasing with time running out. Finance manager made us feel stupid and acted like we were lying about our previous trade allowance and interest rates from Ron Bouchard the weekend before. Told the Jeep we brought had a backup camera and navigation, it didn't. Told a NH inspection sticker would be on the Jeep, it wasn't. Day we picked up the Jeep it wasn't as clean as it should be for a new 2015 Jeep. KCP & Jeep ONLY put in $10.00 worth of gas. This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership and it'll be the last! I'd rather drive 2 hours then go through this again.

It was very low mileage, great condition, very clean and priced with in our budget. After a quick test drive we were happy. The business end was professional, quick and personnel as Steve had sold us the truck we were trading in 10 years ago. The purchase took less then 1 hour and we were on our way with a very nice truck.

I read up on great reviews on this dealership and how people were driving from boston to make repeat purchases. So I drove almost 2 hours and got an amazing deal on a 2012 durango. Thomas Callum was a great salesman. He does not push in any way and let me take control of what I wanted not what he needed to sell. I was in and out in 2 hours from test drive to driving it home. I will go back for my next car and would refer anyone to do the same.
