Very pleasant visit!

Service advisor was very courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Incoming was very well managed and the vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. The area I was in was extremely clean, which to me always represents a culture of the facility. Waiting room was pleasant, and refreshments a very nice touch. Free car wash was a treat! Eric Schaefer took the time to generate all the discounts I was eligible for , which was comforting as far as him looking out for my best interests. The visit was only for a second oil change and a tire rotation, and am totally satisfied with my visit. I will be back and request Eric as my advisor.

Incredible

I will never forget how nice everyone was to me. Very wise Ask Todd who did the service of the vehicle he approached us at his desk. He was cool and so was the guy who appraised my car

Really really great

David really knew his stuff. He was excellent (very engineer-like) at explaining all the Subaru features and walked me thru all the options and helped me decide which ones were worth the extra dollars for me. Exactly what I needed someone to do.

Oil change - tire rotation

The entire process, from calling to set up the appointment, through the conference at the time of the appointment,the waiting lounge experience, was professional and first-rate, as it always has been in the past.

Replace tires

We special ordered the tires. I verified they were correct on arrival at the dealtership. After three weeks they put on someone else's tires...

Convenient Hours - Great Service

I changed dealers due to service hours. Sean and Subaru City took very good care of me and my 2014 Forester. From greeting to service completion; I was treated great.

Excellent Experience

Had many friends already purchase a vehicle from this particular dealership and they gave high recommendations. For myself, this was my first experience of buying a new car and working with a dealer. From the beginning when I arrived, Fiz Hidri greeted me and at which time he listened to my needs and we did a test drive. Through out my several visits Fiz and Steve Claflin made my experience pleasurable and the advice and guidance Fiz gave me gave me the confidence that I was making the right decision and choosing my 2016 Forester. I'm now love driving my new car.

Phenomenal place to do business!

I have been taking my 2008 Subaru Imprezza to Schlossmann Subaru City for regular service work since 2011. I have never been more pleased with a car dealership service department in my lifetime (I'm now 60 years old). Their level of service is wonderful, always adhering precisely to all cost estimates at time of arrival. I love the performance and cost of maintenance for this car which these guys help assure. Their waiting room is gorgeous (with free coffee, canned sodas, popcorn, and chocolate chip cookies) so I always just wait while they do whatever they do, mostly oil changes, but I always also adhere closely to the other regular mileage-based service interval requirements. Jason and Eric are usually the guys I deal with and they are fantastic! Great, great guys to work with.

Best car buying experience I have ever had

This was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Got an awesome deal on the car and no high pressure sales tactics, even when they offer you all the "extras" when you come pick up he car.
