Scheduled my Truck in for two recalls and a check engine

Scheduled my Truck in for two recalls and a check engine light. Easy drop off, Service manager down loaded codes, explained the timeline and when they would contact me. Contacted me later that day with the plan for repairs and update on recalls. I was notified when parts would be delivered and installed. Very satisfied with the service I received and how my truck is performing since repaired.

I had my car towed to dealership for service after my

I had my car towed to dealership for service after my vehicle?s low oil light went on and oil was leaking from my vehicle. This was less than an hour after I had my oil changed at a non-dealership instant oil change location. Transit Towne service center was able to evaluate and fix my oil issue in less than 24 hours even without a scheduled appointment. This occurred on Friday afternoon on Easter weekend and was fixed and ready by Saturday!! Both Ted,Teresa and the mechanics were amazing and professional in all aspects of my service. Thank you!!!

Got the job done.

Got the job done. Picked car up at my work which helped me a lot. Great service Took them a few tries but in the end it got fixed.

With 30 years of experience claimed by Thad the service

With 30 years of experience claimed by Thad the service manager, I would strongly advise future customers not to go to him with problems or concerns. We purchased our custom 2500 Deisel Ram last year here and ended up having to have it towed in as it would not start. We requested an oil change to be done as well. The problem was taken care of, yet they forgot to do the oil change. We had to schedule another appointment. Upon returning home noticed oil leaking on our new driveway. Called service and spoke to Thad as we were expressing our frustration, he in turn said we could argue all day about what happened, or you could just listen to me. Being a manager myself for 28 years I would never talk to a customer this way, I would listen and hear the customer out and try to do whatever was in my power to rectify their concern. We proceeded to take the truck to service again and was told by Thad that maybe we should take classes on how to listen to what he was trying to do and didn't seem to care to make us satisfied, service tech was more apologetic and understanding. We were sent home with a jug of degreaser and this still did not remove the oil from our driveway. A word of "Beautiful" when we told Thad we would be going elsewhere for future service needs. Don't expect to be taken care of here as Thad lacks the skills to be an effective manager.

I was checked in and my service advisor ( a woman ) could

I was checked in and my service advisor ( a woman ) could not have been nicer. Apparently there was a problem completing the repair however, my advisor secured me a loaner vehicle and I was able to go home and return the next day for my daughter?s car. All in all, a very good experience. My two advisors, ( both women ) treated me with respect and were very apologetic about the time and my wait. Since then, two of my sons have also purchased vehicles from Transitown and both had positive experiences. Thank you to the entire staff.

Excellent.

Excellent. Always a pleasure working with Ray R. He is knowledgeable, professional and fair. Appreciate the easy car buying experience they provide. No sitting around for extended time periods like at other car dealerships, as they have to speak with other parties to give you pricing.
