Brought my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie less than 60,000 MI on

Brought my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie less than 60,000 MI on July 8th 2025 because it was misfiring. Dropped off the vehicle on a Tuesday called on a Wednesday and they proceeded to tell me that I needed all this other work in addition to the engine. I had not asked for a multipoint check I just wanted the check engine light off and the engine fixed. Was in there May 29th 2025 for an ABS sensor and while replacing it they told me I had a leaky rear axle seal on the driver side. I had it repaired very expensive cost. On this visit 7/8/25 I was told that my rear axle seals were leaking and that they had to be repaired. I told him you guys just did the rear axle seal for leaks and charged me for it he said oh I didn't look at your history sorry. I said just fix the injectors and nothing else. They said you also need a brakes all the way around and exhaust manifold and a flush of my radiator system. I said just do the engine and I said how much and he said about $850 I said okay. Picked up my car on 7/11/25 and the bill was $1,993 they replaced both my rear axles seals supposedly. I asked the man at the counter why they did that I said they just fixed it why did they have to fix it again and no answer. Also the person that I dealt with when I brought the car in was not present that is usual desk. I've been going to this dealer for 6 years loyally. Most of the jobs were for recalls on the vehicle. I find this highly suspect that I have to have something replaced that they supposedly replaced already. He did mention he might put the axles through on warranty even though the car was out of warranty. I don't know what prompted this type of behavior when I brought my car in for one problem and I'm told that there's several other that they have to fix. One that they just fixed not even a thousand miles earlier. They also replaced my brakes just 5,000 Mi ago . I do not take my truck off road ever I do not tow heavy loads I drive it like a car don't understand. Also as I drove away I could hear a rubbing noise in my back left wheel the sound I heard before they changed the seal on the right side of my car previously. I don't know if anything was done. I would not recommend taking my automobile anymore and just beware when you take yours. Thank you

Customer service personnel is outstanding!

Customer service personnel is outstanding! They really care. They kept me in the loop. They made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Being handicapped, they also made sure that my vehicle was easy to get to when it was finished.

Terrible service department.

Terrible service department. Only good for oil changes. If you need repairs BEWARE. They’ll barn job your vehicle. Pick a different dealer for repairs. My minivan was there for 4 days getting repairs that included rear brakes. After I picked up my vehicle one of the brakes they just changed locked up a half mile from the dealership. I had to get it towed at my expense and rent a vehicle until they got around to repairing it again. They covered no costs…no help, they wouldn’t return my calls. I spent an additional $410 between the towing and the rental. They are totally avoiding me and will not respond. Again, avoid this dealership.

It’s always a great experience when I have to bring my

It’s always a great experience when I have to bring my car here for service or just maintenance. It’s a clean shop and the staff are so very kind and caring. Michael Trevett the Service Advisor really takes his time to explain everything and he truly cares. My car needed a pretty expensive part but they all made sure I would get well taken care off. I appreciate that. Kelly Quinn in customer care fillies ui with me right away to make fire everything went well. She was very caring as well. Great place to have good service and good customer service. I plan on continuing to bring my vehicle here for a long time!
