Told me it was a VIP experience,There was nothing VIP...

Told me it was a VIP experience,There was nothing VIP about it . I looked at the vehicle and left.As soon they found put I didn't want a ridiculous payment and I wasn't putting thousands of dollars down all contact stopped

I drove all the way there from Blasdell to get my oil...

I drove all the way there from Blasdell to get my oil changed and an inspection. Get there by 430 and I’m told they can’t get it done by end of day! Fast track ?? Just to call for an appointment and couldn’t get one until August 10th. I have a brand new car and I usually get an inspection right along with the oil change. There’s nothing to inspect, 11000 miles on my Jeep. I’m absolutely done buying cars from this place. The customer service is horrible. And Fast Track is worthless!!!!

I wasn't happy with Molly, and Monica told me she was in on a day she wasn't so when I showed up to find out Molly was off that day I was upset. But the Juan was so sweet and said come on over I'll help you. I explained to him my situation and from that moment on, Juan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He expressed he always wanted to be a car salesman and it shows, when you love what you do, the product is genuine. Thanks Juan

Over charged for repairs

I recently had service to replace a bad spark plug and coil pack on cylinder 5. Within a week of the repairs the problem started on #6. I have several problems with this repair, first, the repair on #5 probably took 10 minutes, that cylinder is clearly visible and easily accessible, I was charged $376.86 for the repair. The mechanic knew the accessibility of that cylinder, easy to get to. Second, he never let me know that once this problem starts on 1 cylinder it will find its way across all other cylinders. Shame on you. I've been a customer at Transitowne for many years and my next car and any service will be going else where

I have dealt w several dealerships along the way. I would recommend this one above the rest! The service has been exceptional. They actually believe me when I tell them something is wrong. They have been fast & accurate w repairs. The service desk personnel has been very accommodating. They keep you updated and only fix what’s required. I am extremely happy w this dealership.

Very satisfied customer

Bought a Dodge Ram 1500 excellent vehicle.They made financing a smooth process.Also had a fender bender repairs were excellent all around awesome company 😍.Would refer to anyone wanting a new truck.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The service that done is just what I need and nothing extra. My only complaint is the hold music when I call for an appointment. It's extremely loud and it's mostly static. Can you please fix that??
