Shady, Bait and Switch Marketing, Slimy Salesmen!!
Very shady business practices. The dealership advertises low prices online, but refuses to sell the vehicle for the advertised price. Scott in sales displayed incompetence. Ken, the internet manager, either died or refuses to communicate. My cash purchases go to straight forward, honest business people. Not game players.

service and body shop repairs
Took my car into the auto body shop for a car/deer accident the car was in the shop for almost 4 weeks I thought this was to long when the insurance said 12 days. We were not happy with the customer service until we had to call and get the service manager involved. The car was returned to me and the final detailing was immaculate. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service but not the body shop (sorry)

Car service repairs were excellent however since taking over Berger?s their customer service from the Service department hasn?t been that great; I constantly have to call for updates

Will Never do business with agian
Body shop repair of passenger front quarter panel from deer running into the side. A couple of months later passenger headlight intermittent and turn signal not operating. Took vehicle to a professional mechanic I have been using for 10 years who found the wiring harness to the passenger side lights had been pinched by the body repair and eventually compromised the wiring harness on the passenger side. I received a bill for $127.00. I contacted Young Body shop to request reimbursement, was told they "hate to be the bearer of bad news" but they are not taking responsibility for their POOR repair work. This is the second issue with the Body shop so called repair. The first issue is for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler JK repair of area crushed in a little when daughter backed into a tree. I didn't notice at first but the tailgate door is misaligned, now when closed the door strikes the latch on tailgate opening, now the paint and metal is wearing when the tailgate door is closed. And then, I took my Jeep two days ago to the Service department for Recall repairs on the steering clock spring for the airbag, and now the horn does not work and the Jeep logo on the steering wheel is about 10 degrees off. If you know Jeeps, when the alignment is correct the Jeep logo is straight. I have no faith in anything Young has done. Like Young , I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I will never do business with them again and will be more than happy to share my experience with my Jeep group members.

Minnie Pearl our new Buick Encore
My wife Judi and I just leased a Buick Encore from Young's Chevrolet in Ionia and had an excellent experience. We were treated professionally and had everything explained to us without high pressure sales techniques. Mark took great care of us letting us take Minnie Pearl (what we ended up naming our new car) for a test drive. My wife fell in love with the car which I fit in much better than the Ford Fusion we had been driving. We had all our questions answered either by Mark or others in the dealership and enjoyed how we were cared for.

After our fifth Berger purchase over 3 years ago, i was still encouraged to shop around online.
