Dave was a wonderful and pleasant person to work.

Dave was a wonderful and pleasant person to work. Very helpful in explaining all the features on our car. Took a lot of time with us and never felt pressured that we had to leave to go to another customer. I would highly recommend Dave to all our family and friends. Glad we bought our from Cappellino.

Jackie at Cappellino was was great to work with. From the beginning to end she made us feel comfortable and more than just another sale! Even after the sale she spent alot of time educating us on all the features of our new purchase. We buy every 10 years or so. We're making an appointment with her and Cappellino in 2035!

Called the dealership about a car they had listed.

Called the dealership about a car they had listed. When I asked for the VIN number, and additional information, all of a sudden the car was sold. I was then directed to another vehicle that was for sale. Bait and Switch? Or, there were issues with the VIN lookup? Either way, this is why buyers are avoiding dealerships.

I truly appreciated the professionalism of Mr.

I truly appreciated the professionalism of Mr. Grisanti, he was always available without being intrusive. He provided other options for purchase but when I made my decision he was quick to react. As far as the dealership they are world class and provide all the amenities one looks for when purchasing a vehicle.

Restrooms could be cleaner.

Restrooms could be cleaner. Other than that the facilities were ok. A bit chilly on the waiting room as well. Everyone there was very nice and helpful
