Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic at value. Test drive ran great. About 2 weeks time it developed bucking in the CVT Transmission. I purchased the extended warranty so I brought it back. 3 times. Dealership mechanics claim it's just the wat CVT's are. Refused to honor the warranty. Told me if nothing is wrong with the car then it must be the customer. Told me to take it to Honda. They took my money and gaslighted me. They should be shut down.

Sold me a lemon, lied about r

Bought a 2013 Dodge Dart in 2017, "new" on the title. Clutch factory defect same year, still having issues with it. Turbo charger underboost constant, about 500 dollar for a repair that never fixed the problem. Bluetooth, Uconnect, and cruise control all stopped working. Parking brake sticks on rear wheels and caused rotor damage, so can't be used. Brought it in recently for a flashing check engine light, they lied to me about what was wrong, told me there was an oil leak and needed 5 hour job to replace gasket, brought to different mechanic no evidence of leak, just needed spark plugs. Killed my battery and "forgot" to leave key in car when I arranged to come get it on a weekend. ABS light on dashboard giving codes for main computer defect. Owner George Kline offered me $1k when I told him I wanted him to buy the lemon back from me, and then told me to complain to Chrysler, which I did. Please don't get tricked into buying a car here like I did.

Great place to deal with!

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass from here. I dealt with Rick he was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Main Motors again. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

Unpleasant Experience

I called to inquire about purchasing a car. I was basically turned down over the phone due to not having anyone in my life to cosign with me. They also wanted to run my credit over the phone before I even had the chance to look at the vehicle in person. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and I felt like I was speaking to someone who had no interest in selling a car at all.

Looking for used jeep wrangler to buy

Called on Friday morning to look at a jeep wrangler talked to Rick told him I was coming up Saturday morning to take a look. Got there around 11;30 took a test drive and he was so helpful with everything got back to dealership and within minutes we made a deal and bought the jeep the hole process was so easy great place and people would recommend them for buying a new or used vehicle

Ram Classic 2019

Was in need of a pick-up truck , shopped all my local dealers ,and no one had anything close to my needs.Went online to search the country. The red Ram 1500 classic with regular cab , 5.7 hemi, 20 inch chrome rims , class 4 tow hitch was found .. One problem its 211 miles away . Called and spoke to Steve Ross , asked if the price was true and yes it was .No games , he made the buying process pain free. Towing was a major point to make sure the truck was the right one, before taking a deposit he checked the Vin number with Ram and got the true towing weight , it was perfect .. Ran the credit card , then the process of wiring money and receiving all the paper work I needed to get insurance and registration was very quick sent overnight from a New York dealership to my home in Massachusetts ..Truck was then shipped and delivered right to my front door step, in perfect clean condition . None of that B.S. of " I have to go talk to my manager " . Main Motor Car price was so good that with the 500.$ shipping added on it was still the best price then anyone local had and it was the exact truck I was looking for . At 53 years of age and not very computer savvy Steve made the process pain free and took photos the whole step of the way ...I made a friend out of this purchase , How many people can say that ..Still waiting for my local dealerships to call me with what I wanted ... Never scheduled an appointment

I called them a week ago and scheduled an appointment for an alignment they said they were busy and couldn’t get me in till next Wednesday at 9:30 I said ok I’ll be there then and they took my number and said they’d call me back before Wednesday which I thought was weird so now it’s the day before my appointment and they never called back so I gave them a ring and he said I’m not in there system for Wednesday and the next possible spot is in a week

We drove there from an hour away. We were outside on the lot for about fifteen minutes and no one came out to talk to us.

Wow! Best buying experience ever!

My wife and I were in the market for a new Willys in Gobi. We found a few but the dealers weren't too cooperative over the phone. When I got a hold of Main Motorcar, Steve Ross was very eager to assist us in the buying process over the phone. The dealership is a 4 hour drive from us in another state. Anyway, after agreeing to the price, I worked with Dave to get the paperwork in order before we could drive out there during the upcoming weekend. When we got there, everything was perfect and ready to go. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes! The best part was their honesty, no games. It's a small town dealership with folks who help you out by saying what they do and doing what they say. There was no "gotcha moment" that I've experience from other dealers who are trying to squeeze you for a few more bucks. It was worth the drive!
