Neat facility with pleasant and knowledgeable staff and management. In and out within an hour on this visit with everything done, and I was kept in the loop during the whole visit. Everyone from the owner of the dealership on down are professional and customer driven to provide excellent service at a reasonable price.

Complete GARBAGE service.
Complete GARBAGE service. 3 times I was told my parts were in. After I dropped off my car I was called hours later my parts were not all there. Service manager is a clown. I was told by this clown they would do something on my bill. THEY DID NOTHING

Poor Customer Service
I Recently purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra Denali from Mangino GMC. Initially I thought this was a great place to buy a vehicle and being a franchise dealership I thought I would get great service. I was wrong. My sales person was Al when I started negotiating price he brought in the sales manager Larry who ultimately closed the deal but after the deal was done and I had taken delivery was not helpful at all with any issues I brought or his attention and basically acted like I was a bother to him. The steering wheel and console cover were worn so I had him order new ones for me to install on my own. He ordered the wrong ones. I purchased the truck on 7/11 and on 7/27 the loan was still not paid off on my trade and the bank took another payment from my account(I was told one of the girls in the office was on vacation). The air filter was literally rusty (A NYS Inspection item) and the transmission bangs in and out of gear it is now 9/6/22 and they still will not schedule an appointment to have these issues rectified. Every time I call to contact the sales manager Larry we talk on the phone he acts like he will take care of it and I get no call back in return. Very poor customer service and follow up after the sale. I would not purchase another vehicle from Mangino GMC. From the outside looking in it’s like the inmates are running the asylum and nobody is managing these people. Very disappointing. I’ll be contacting GM customer care to voice my concerns.

Horrible dealership
I do not recommend this dealership what so ever!! One of the worst car buying experiences of my life. Complete disregard for what I wanted, tried to kill my credit by sending it around to multiple lending institutions without telling me, and openly tried to sell me a car with serious issues. Unprofessional and disingenuous. Don’t go there!

We apologize for the confusion on that particular vehicle. My understanding was the vehicle in question had not been inspected for safety, we cannot put anyone out in a vehicle we do not know is safe to drive.
