completely unacceptable service on every level. In six months time spent over $5,000.00 on servicing a truck and then the service dept. returned the truck, it broke down and was undriveable within 72 hours. While meeting with the supposed Owner to try and recover some of our money he declined to reimburse anything and actually said he thought they did a good job because they were able to get the truck running long enough for us to go trade it in at another dealership. You can't make this stuff up. I honestly don't even think this clown was even the owner, there's just no way. I chalk it up to just another one of the lies we were told over the course of the past six months. This place will lie to you, steal from you and then boast their great service to your face. And they appear to actually believe themselves while they put on their charade of insults. They are accountable for nothing and covering for each others mistakes over there is everything.

Do yourself a favor and stay way away from the service department at Unique Ford. The service manager named Bill can not be trusted and is not a man of his word! Contacted the general manager Heather this evening and explained my experiences with the service manager over the past two months. She offered an incentive on future service but I told her that would by no way correct how I was treated and would never step inside Unique Ford again! The one star rating should really be zero stars!

Honest, no pressure best experience I had buying a new vehicle. They don’t charge over MSRP in fact they were $2000 under. No rip off stickers (pricey dealer installed accessories).Everyone I dealt with was open and honest.

The Dealership is flat out lying to the consumer. They list a truck at msrp, that is not the sticker window msrp and they know it. Not sure that is legal. If you want to be Gouge on price and lied to about the msrp go to this dealership. You can try to sale a truck at what ever price you want, but you should not mislead and lie about the msrp.
