Great customer service!
We're on our 6th vehicle from Zimbrick and 5 of them from Robert Billig. Great buying experience and no pressure too! Robert always knows us when we stop in and sends birthday and anniversary emails. He has so many service awards they don't fit on his desk! Being a military veteran is only one reason to buy from him. The Service department does a great job as well and is easy to schedule online.

Honda Zimbrick+Robert Billig = Happy New Car Owner
When I decided to purchase my first new car in 1979, I did some research and decided on a Honda from Zimbrick. Since then, I have purchased 5 new Hondas from Zimbrick and have been extremely happy with them because they are made with the utmost safety in mind and are very dependable. Zimbrick Honda sales and service people in Madison over the past 36 years have always been helpful, friendly, and trustworthy to me which is why I continue to go to Zimbrick Honda when I need a new car. When I first met Robert Billig at Zimbrick Honda in 2010, I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful with a wonderful personality who listened to my wants and needs for a new car, did not pressure me at all, and found just the right Honda for me at a good price. Because of the great sales experience I had with him and because he has emailed me annually on the date I took ownership of my 2010 Honda, I decided to purchase my next new Honda from him again in 2015. He is still the same great guy I met in 2010 and the Hondas have gotten even better! If you need a new car, I highly recommend Honda Zimbrick and Robert Billig. You will not regret it!!

Solid experience

Robert Billig made our buying process pleasant and straight forward that covered all aspects of the purchasing process. Great buying experience
I recently purchased a certified used vehicle from Zimbrick Honda. It was a great experience buying our Honda! The customer service I received from Fue Thao at Zimbrick Honda in Madison, WI was exceptional. Mr. Thao was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and honest throughout the entire buying process. Prior to my visit, many friends had recommended the dealership and spoke very highly of the staff and selection of vehicles. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this dealership and sales team to anyone in the market for new/used vehicle.

Have been a Zimbrick customer for all 50 years ! !
I've been a Zimbrick customer since buying a Buick from them at the same time they acquired the dealership in Madison. Since then I've purchased six Hondas, one Infiniti, and two Acuras. As you can tell, I very much trust them..........both for purchasing and servicing. Never once have I ever felt that they have been dishonest with me. When I was searching for a new vehicle in 2012 I went to the Fish Hatchery Honda lot to just drive through and take a look at what was available. As I was walking around I saw a salesman coming toward me. I thought "Oh great, just what I wanted to avoid in my early search." As it turned out it was the best thing that could have happened to me. Robert Billig was the sales person who approached me. Since that time I have purchased a 2012 CR-V and just took delivery of a 2016 CR-V Touring from Robert. He is very easy to talk to and so willing to help you after your purchase. He's a real plus for the Zimbrick brand.
