Cody and the team in service did not do a very professional job. They were asked to change my oil and rotate my tires. Unfortunately, they forgot to reset the oil life and the tire pressures were all different. How am I supposed to believe or trust that the service I requested was actually completed When the simplest of tasks did not get completed correctly. Worse yet, I called to speak to Cody and the receptionist said she would give him a message, so I asked him to call me back. No call back!!!
