As good as a service appointment can be. Friendly greeting, quick service. When I scheduled the appointment (recall) I was told it would take 2 hours;... they were done in 30 minutes. This is the friendliest, most professional service team I've ever dealt with.

I have had to take my Silverado in a couple of times for service. On my first visit, I worked with Justin in the service center. He handled the situation... like true professional. On my second visit, I made a point to get Justin to handle the situation. Again, he came through like a rock star. As long as he’s there, I am comfortable with knowing that my truck’s care is in good hands. PS- The rest of the folks in service deserve credit as well. They have been a pleasure to work with.
