Joseph DiTrapani was one of the best sales agents I have ever worked with. I bought an Impala several years ago and two days ago I bought a Chevy blazer and he was my agent. He was absolutely customer focused at all times patient he was just the best and you need to know what an asset you have.

Outstanding service

These guys are great, time estimate is accurate, easy to schedule and outstanding service. Service can be a time consumer, but these guys make it as easy and friendly as they can.

We were very pleased with Steve and the experience that he gave us. When presented with our expectations, he was able to come up with options to keep the deal moving and on budget. We were not happy with the condition of the car. When I got into the vehicle it immediately gave me a message that the washer fluid was low. This same message was displayed during our test drive last night. I expected that it would’ve been remedied, but it was not. Very disappointing. Steve has me pull into the service department and we got it fixed. Again nice job Steve. I hope that this is not an indication of the level of attention to detail we can expect moving forward. This indicated to me that you really did t care what condition you handed the car over in. Really poor service from that standpoint. We have had very good response from Jayson and the service team in the past and hope that this is not an indication that we need to take our service business elsewhere. Overall happy with the sales team but marginal on how the car was turned over. Please pay attention to the little things...they matter!
