Though I have not been able to buy the vehicle I want

Though I have not been able to buy the vehicle I want yet, Steven Mouw was very courteous and helpful in all my questions on the vehicle and sent me additional photos of the vehicle per my questions. All aspects of handling my inquiry were professional and quick, kudos to Steven and his team for great customer service.

We travelled from out of state to buy from Neil at Mouw,

We travelled from out of state to buy from Neil at Mouw, as we knew it would be a pleasant buying experience. It was even better than we had hoped for. No high pressure techniques, no trying to upsell anything. We spent more time with Neil going over features than we did with the “deal” and financing. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to buy a car.

misleading photos

Inquired about a truck, were told it was rust free and drove 50 miles to see it, only to find that the online photos were photoshopped to hide the huge amount of rust. Not cool!
