I received exceptional service from Aaron in the repair department at Randy Wise Clio. After an accident he assisted me through the paperwork, spoke up on the disparately of the quote by the insurance assessment versus the reality of the hours and parts needed to return my vehicle to its original state. He helped me attain a loaner car during the lengthy process in getting the bodywork done. I cannot say enough about the courtesy, the communication and the effort put in by this exceptional young man. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to the services at Randy Wise Dealership in Clio, and especially Aaron.

Very dishonest, will steal money from the elderly without batting an eye. Not to be trusted in the smallest way. Richard Hood, the business manager and Salesman stole over ten thousand dollars from my elderly Father in law. They gave him AUCTION price for a truck worth $40k .

Service department told me it would be less then $300 in total to change fuel filters and charged over $400 and would not help me other than talk to the person that made the mistake very disappointed

My granddaughter bought a used 2016 chevrolet Malibu today on her birthday. Not even 20 miles check engine light reduced engine power. Scans show bad engine dealership had to know. Returning the car tomorrow morning. It's hard for me to feel anything but hate for what the used car sales staff has done.

I bought a vehicle and they tried to trick me in financing saying my loan wouldn't be approved unless I purchased additional warranties which wasn't true. I want everyone to be aware of this scam and I believe they are tricking a lot of others into believing they have to purchase additional warranties such as tire and rim warranties or their loans would get denied. This dealership also tried to increase the agreed purchase price from the time the price was negotiated with sales to finance.

If you are native, they will surely treat you well, if you are Latino and do not speak English, do not go and they will discriminate against you, rob you and treat you as if you were stupid, just for not speaking their language, horrible experience I have lived there more than once 😩😩😩😩
