The person that I spoke to to make the initial appt didnt
The person that I spoke to to make the initial appt didnt get 2 of the 3 things right when I arrived. I was handed off to Yazen which is fine but the hand odd wasn't good. Parts tried to charge me for warranty items but Yazen caught it

My husband and I came in for an oil change as our oil
My husband and I came in for an oil change as our oil life was at 10%. We're from Texas and would be driving our car back to Texas in 3 days. AND, we drive away with a new vehicle? I'd say that was an unexpected and GREAT EXPERIENCE!
