The person that I spoke to to make the initial appt didnt

The person that I spoke to to make the initial appt didnt get 2 of the 3 things right when I arrived. I was handed off to Yazen which is fine but the hand odd wasn't good. Parts tried to charge me for warranty items but Yazen caught it

Mel keeps you updated as your car receives service. She is smart, honest, & thoughtful. She contacted corporate office about a failed recall and did her best to make it all right. She works hard and it makes a difference. Rowley is thoughtful and seeks what you want in a new car and helps you achieve it. He is patient, jolly and kind.

My husband and I came in for an oil change as our oil

My husband and I came in for an oil change as our oil life was at 10%. We're from Texas and would be driving our car back to Texas in 3 days. AND, we drive away with a new vehicle? I'd say that was an unexpected and GREAT EXPERIENCE!
