Awful rude, unprofessional, very trashy.

Awful rude, unprofessional, very trashy. Offered me 500 dollars for a 2009 Toyota trade in. 500 dollars on a car that’s worth like 5-6,000 not even 190k miles on it The dealer fee is outrageous, they won’t negotiate price at all, and they are frankly just sort of stupid people. Don’t shop here

Has R. Darrow EVER replaced shocks before? Obviously, yes. Therefore they should be able to quote a near exact price. Instead my price was $90 over the quote which was given. Also, the price was so astronomical, that I believe I will now go to a small garage I know of, which will perform the work needed at (probably) 3/4 of the price Darrow would charge.

Genuinely one of the highest price honda dealerships in

Genuinely one of the highest price honda dealerships in the region. They will try lots of tricks to move vehicles and keep you in the dark as much as possible so they can get the most money out of you. Make sure you are communicating along the way because they will try and switch things around last minute. Also because it's a honda, never buy the warranties

10k over msrp on a 30k car.

30k Honda civic si and they have it marked up to 40k. This dealership is exactly why banks aren't going to be giving out loans and also why the interest rate is at 8% for perfect credit. Thanks for contributing to the problem.
