My experience was one of perfection from scheduling to my reception by Maddie to the prompt and professional service I received, I was impressed when offered a ride home, when I told them I was about 45 miles they just gave me a rental, no charge, they also stayed in contact to let me know the status of my vehicle, and sent a short video of the vehicle's inspection, very nice to deal with, I finally found a dealership I like working with, thanks to the team at Russ Darrow, Good Job!
