We visited the dealership to purchase a new Ram pickup. At first, they would not give us pricing info unless we were "ready to do business today". Then... they gave us a verbal price, which i told them I would review with my accountant the following day. I left a $1,000 deposit in good faith and left the dealership with no paperwork for the agreed price. I emailed them the next day and told them I was uncomfortable and I would come back to pick up my check. Next day I got a call from sales person and sales manager, saying they would put it right and received paperwork on Tuesday. I gave them permission to run my credit with our bank, and were approved in 5 minutes. So now, they had a $1,000 deposit and approved credit, we had someone who might purchase our trade so I told them I would let them know which way we would go on Thursday. Got a call from salesman on Thursday and told him we would pick up new truck on Saturday. On Friday I called to see if everything was all set, no call back, so I stopped in. After a 10 minute wait, I was approached by salesman who said "bad news, we sold the truck". he said we have a 72 hour policy, so we sold it. Sad no one told me about that 72 hour thing! So, now I am a little agitated, and wanted my $1,000 check back. After 1/2 hour wait, the answer...."we can't find your check". Imagine that, the document that completes the contract has gone missing? The sales manager was a jerk, said "we are not interested in selling you a vehicle" because i was pissed. Good thing, because at that point there was not a snowball's chance in H--- they ever would sell me or anyone I know a vehicle! Stay away!
Went into the dealership knowing which vehicle was my intended purchase. The staff and service was phenomenal. The process was simple and efficient. I... left pleased and love my new jeep!
I am a 30 year Banks customer. never went any where else. one day in October . K & I where driving down Manchester st in Concord. & K said lets... take a look at Jeeps. A sales man named Dave Smith came out answered a couple of ? . left us alone. said if you need any thing just come in & i will help you. we asked if we could take a test drive.He said no problem. Dave put a plate on it & said we will see you after test drive. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE. THATS WHAT WE LIKE. we liked the price. The best part we liked was Dave new how all the controls worked. & he showed us . Then he programed it all for us. Thats what i call customer service.. thanks for tacking care of us Harry-O

I found a few vehicles I was interested in off their website. Inquired through their website and as soon as the dealership opened for the day, sales manager... followed up. Stayed in touch that day and arranged a salesperson to be available the following day to assist. The best part of my experience is that I was not pressured into buying what I did not want. Sale person was very patient with me test driving multiple vehicles until I made a decision. Also appreciate not having to take time off from work to finalize the purchase the following day.
I bought a used Jeep to surprise my twin 16 year old daughters for their bday and received the utmost top quality service! Alex my salesman went above... and beyond to help complete the surprise and even dressed the Jeep with a bow and balloons! Tim Randlet the manager also gave us fantastic service! We bought the Jeep without a warrant, drove it off the lot and had a minor problem. He said bring it back and the service department fixed the problem immediately at NO charge to us. I highly recommend this dealership and team! In fact I will be back to buy myself a new car soon.
I found a used car through the web and dealt with Robin who was always very pleasant. It always felt like an honest exchange and when I asked for something... to be done to the car prior to purchase they agreed and executed on time and without issue. I had the car shipped and there was a slight snafu with the shipping of the title, but they quickly figured it out and corrected immediately. They were friendly and pleasant the entire time and took responsibility for the minor issue and were apologetic. Mistakes happen, but most folks don't own up to them. I felt appreciated and taken care of by the team at Bob Mariano, and would expect you to also feel the same there. Tim Snow was the main sales person I worked with. Only spoke on the phone, but he got back to me when he said he would and always had a positive attitude. I would work with him again in the future. Very happy with the entire process
Great Experience. Found myself down a vehicle, start to finish from pre-approval for financing to test driving and buying was a very smooth process. Would... recommend Gordy and Anthony to anyone.
