I had to set up an appointment (drive 20 minutes each
I had to set up an appointment (drive 20 minutes each way) for the tech to diagnose what I already told them was wrong. 3 minutes later they confirmed I was correct and they had to order parts. Three weeks later still no parts, mind you it’s a simple gasket I can order online and have tomorrow.

Joe and Jason did excellent jobs two different days on
Joe and Jason did excellent jobs two different days on two different vehicles. Friendly and knowledgeable. Informed me of regular maintenance that was due. Coupon discounts helped, but services seemed pricey. Vehicles done in excellent timespan. I travel to Muskegon because of friendliness of Joe, Jason, Andrew, and Colby. Vs Ludington.
