Easy to do business with!

Very easy to do business with. We traveled a considerable distance when we found the GMC Terrain we would ultimately purchase. Our salesperson made the process smooth and easy, and we only had to make one more trip to pick up our vehicle. Very good experience.

Tire problem

I had three tires that needed replacing because of broken belts. There fourth tire was okay for now. Three tires were replaced and the fourth one has 11,500 miles on it. If three tires went bad, why would I want the present fourth tire not replaced at Buick's cost. Obviously there was a defect. I called Buick myself and was told if something goes wrong with the fourth tire, let us know. What? You mean after an accident that may occur. Davidson's, I felt, should have advocated with Buick on behalf for a fourth tire. We'll see what happens. If that fourth tire is not replaced, I doubt I would buy another Buick. The cost of a tire to keep a customer that has always bought Buicks for the past 30+ years isn't worth it?

Hi Carol - Unfortunately, we are bound by GMs regulations on when a tire would be covered under warranty. If you do feel uncomfortable driving with the fourth tire, you can purchase a new one and we would be happy to replace it, we just are unable to cover it under GM warranty. Under different impression

I was told I have 2 more oil changes and NO TIRE ROTATIONS LEFT . When I purchased the vehicle I was under the impression that both we good for as long as I owned my vehicle, when i purchase the service plan . And why would you not put the same amount of tire rotations with oil changes my dad always drilled into me when you get oil change get tires rotated . I SMH whoever the genius was that came up with more oil changes then tire rotations . I really left upset after being told that I only have a certin number of oil changes , when like I said I was under the impression when I paid $24, 000 for the vehicle that the oil changes/tire rotations were good as long as I owed the vehicle

Great car buying experience

I have been bringing my cars here for service, for years, and that has been great. This is the first vehicle that I have purchased from them and the experience was great. The salesman was very good.
